This is a trading app where we plan and make investments in cryptocurrencies. I found that the withdrawal option is not available and asks to contact the coinDCX support. I raised the concern and they start asking for my PAN details and sends a form to fill. Just now I have sent 6th email of the day with the unexplained form and they keep saying something is missing. I don't understand why on earth they need these many details even while they spoke on the phone with me once today about this. I have put my investment but now I am unable to withdraw my amount for no reason. This is un-acceptable and I want some actions to be taken against this behavior. Was this information helpful? |
