Bad 😕 It seems that Colgate has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

I have been using Colgate Sensitivity Toothpaste and it is not effective at all. I bought it from Big Bazaar Sahara Mall and have lost the bill. since I have been using this product from last two months as per instruction on the cover but my sensitivity problem has been raised like hell now I am not able to have food moreover infected by cavity as well both side. Doctor advised me to remove those teethes. I am to frustrated now....

I am living in Podanur, Coimbatore, This time when I went to buy my regular toothpaste ( the cover showed Colgate TOTAL ) and the price of Rs 57 was taken for same
But when I came home the inside of tooth paste cover I saw to my surprise Dabur tooth paste costing half the price what shall I do Since we never expected this problem and did not keep the bill...
Pls note that i was purchased Colgate sensitive tooth brush near grocery shop and i have found a long hair in that packet and also i was informed to Colgate India (Mumbai) on same i was put on mail 4to 5 times to them only one time i got rcvd mail from Colgate and they people were sent investigation team for investigate this prod and same result i was put on mail and nothing reply from them i really mentally socked...
All product must have a ISI marks and for tooth pest need IDA marks(Indai Dentist )also .
I taken a colgate cibaca from HUB (BIG BAZAR, Mumbai) . That is painful to teeth .As per all my family memers exp. ther is no marking on tooth pest....

I'd like to point out that the actual amount of toothpaste squeezed thru the tube is more than the required quantity.
Why not put a smaller nozzle as the outlet?
Don't you think it is wastage of National Property and an additional weight upon the consumers' pocket?
