Collected Amount But Not Delivered Order — train food

I order food for 14 adults for golden temple express

For this i had paid 1000 through imps

But i did not received any confirmation for the same after repeatedly messaging concern lady finally received sms for confirmation.

1st i ordered for veg meals which cost 105 rs so total bill value was 1470/-

While ordering food the guy told to make advance payment of 1000/- (Through whatsapp) & i informed them on phone that will pay balance payment as i had ordered same menu for return journey at that time they were ready for the same. (Now refusing for same i made mistake i didnt take that in written)

But when the delivery guy come to deliver order he was asking for 970 rs means 500 more than actual amount...

For confirmation when i start to call given no [protected] the guy started abusing & told delivery guy to not hand over the order.. N forcefully took all the parcel. We told that guy that we will pay the amount but delivery guy was so rude started abusing...& same time this # on phone starting abusing us...

It was really shock 1st collected money & not deliver our food.

Means after confirming order at different rate guy was asking additional 500 rs & not ready to listen...

Its really shocking fraud company & fraud travelerfood
