I bought a t shirt from colorplus(raymond) from their shop at oberoi mall, mumbai. The tag price was MRP (incl of all taxes). As the sale was going on
they gave me 20% discount as per their tag on MRP. after giving discount they added charges of vat @5.5%.
My concern is when MRP is incl of all taxes, how can they charge vat after disc, this is clearly double/unauthorised charges.

on my registering complain with them & sending mails & calling their helpline still there is no satisfactory reply
