Comedk — transaction failed and amount deducted from my account while filling comedk form

Respected sir/madam,

I paid the application fee of rs.1600 through phonepe UPI of your payment gateway after filling the application form of comedk. However, my application payment status still shows 'failed', while the amount of rs. 1600 has already been deducted from my account. I contacted the comedk-uget exam through email and mail my problem to them but they have not responded my email, and due to Coronavirus their helpline number is not working. My application No. - HCU064772

My form also submitted but the payment is not completed the transaction was debited from bank 1600
Twice but still the form was unsuccessful
I applied for comedk in pcm field

Please reply fast because it is last date for application and 3200 is debited

Sir/Madam,
Today (13/05/2021) while I was doing the transaction of the payemnet for the comedk form of total Rs 2800, it showed an error and the amount also got deducted. Plz fix this issue its hard to get money online in this lockdown.
