[Resolved]  comesume — inappropriate behaviour

i was travelling from karnal to gwalior, on 30th sept, by train no 11058, pnr-[protected], i placed an order(no-[protected]) at comesume via phone call at 8.25pm and was assured that it will be delivered when i'll reach new delhi station. i was waiting for the order, but no one came to deliver, some local staff members were selling thali's i asked few of them, but no one answered, after some time, another guy came, who told me that my order won't be delivered, and offered me to purchase a thali, i got a contact no.from him, that was 0f new Delhi comesume, a guy answered, on ph, no ([protected]) and informed me, that a guy is out for delivery and i'll get the parcel soon. The stoppage time was ore than half an hour, and no 1 came for delivery, i called on that no, 4 5 times and every time that person said, i'll get the parcel soon, my train left the Delhi station, but no one came for delivery, i informed that person, who had no answer, i asked him to get it delivered at nizzamuddin station, for which he confirmed, and again, no one showed up at the station, and he kept on saying the same thing, that i'll get the parecel, when the train started moving, i took a thali from one of the staff member passing by, as the order was not delivered, even the thali was not fresh, curd had some stale smell. the behaviour of the person who answered the call, was inappropriate for the level he is working at, i called the customer care immediately and complained about the same, for which the person apologised and agreed to get something delivered at the agra station, but again no 1 called back, or showed u there at agra station. when these people can't Handel there work they should not take a job like this, they made me wait for a long time, assured me the delivery on time, which prevented me to buy something else, and didn't deliver at the end, which left me with no option, but to buy food when the train started moving, please look into the matter and make sure nothing of this sort happens with other people, in future.
