Complaining About The Quick Shop — order a combo chrono analog black dial watch

I have ordered a Combo Chrono Analog Black Dial Watches from the quick shop on Dec 15th.I have received the product on Dec 22nd but a wrong product was delivered. When I tried to return the product through the site I am not able to contact or do that as they are directing me to shopify site.Kindly help me to return the product or refund the amount of 2009 which I paid in cash to the ekart delivery service kayamkulam.
