Complaining on postman in my area about demanding exatra charges on delivery of post he is asking extra charges for delivery if we refuse to give money when he ask then he we neglect our next post delivery real time example happend for me that is my bike registration card rc came for deliver in january and i waited long for that recently i gently asked himto check my rc that came or not then he demanded me 100 rs to give that rc this is lot of in convinent act by him though i am literate but forcibly i wanted to give money but in my area there are so many un educated people were staying in thought of them it was shamefull act by him that demanding so much money so please take immediate action on him my rc card was given by him in june it was came in january so please take immediate action on him and his name is k. Ramchandar
