[Resolved] Complaint against Spicejet — Spicejet refused to refund our full amount for Srinagar flight

Dear Sir, We have booked our tickets of SpiceJet Flight against PNR No PYWM5N, of dated 25.10.14 of Srinagar To Delhi. (Return Tickets) As you know Now the situation of Srinagar is not good to travel and when we are going to cancel our ticket we called Spicejet Customer care, they people are saying cancellation charges Rs. 1500.00 (per Ticket) will be there. We had booked 5 tickets. Means Rs. 7500.00 will be deduct from Rs.9995.00. my complaint is for that why the cancellation charges will be there when our reason of cancellation is valid. We have also cancelled our tickets of Indigo flight of Delhi to Srinagar they didn't deduct a single amount. So we request you to please look into the matter.

Same is the case with me :(
I had booked 5 tickets - return journey with Spicejet
. I will be charged[protected]+7500) for both the journeys!.

This is a bad service from SpiceJet.

Similar case with me. I was suppose to travel on 24th September.
out of 12000 rs ticket, only 5000 is refunded rest amount is absorbed by the company

hey, i have also booked indigo ticket for 23rd sept to delhi to srinagar. Please advise me how indigo has returned the money, as mine 1500 x 2, has been deducted. Please help.
