I beg to inform you that on April19,2010 I lodged a complaint with your Customer Care Centre regarding nonfunctioning of my internet connection. I was given a Request No.[protected] and a time frame of 2P.M.on April 20,2010. But I regret to inform you that till now(i.e.4 P.M., April 22, 2010) none from the CCC has either met me or phoned me regarding the redressal of my complaint. It is just by God's Grace that my internet has begun working that I am able to e-mail this complaint to you. Is this the way you treat your customers-particularly a senior citizen like me? Will you,please, let me know the name & E-Mail address of the Chief or Nodal Officer empowered to hear a customer's complaint?
