100Bestbuy.com — 100BestBuy cheated for an online shopping offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I saw an Ad in my personal mail for an online shopping offer from 100BestBuy.com. I opened that link and there was an offer for online shopping and I chose blackberry mobile products where I was asked to make an online payment of 1589/- Rs. I made the payment through my Online Bank A/c.
My Bank A/c got debited for the said amount and for which I have the transaction reference as well. I wrote to 100BestBuy twice but they just didn't respond and today I also called their customer care number ([protected]) but the call got disconnected with the message that I've called out of business hours whereas I had called lot of call but not attended
Please let me know what else information I can provide or how can I help more to get the action initiated against this fraud.

I opened that link and there was an offer for online shopping and I have participated into contest of Lucky Draw Contest of 100 best buy on 17th Jan-2013 and I chose blackberry mobile products where I was asked to make an online payment of 1589/- Rs. I made the payment through my Online Bank A/c. My Bank A/c got debited for the said amount and for which I have the transaction reference as well after next day I got win to sms message but not call any or mail ( got sms received message are congrats ! we are send product to address ) from 100bestbuy.Com lucky draw team, confirm me that I am of lucky winners and you will get one product through coupon which they are sending namely blackberry. But till date thay have not published received the winner list nor mail send any mail regarding this and they send only sms contect win. I have continued mail for want of winner list but I got sms announce me win they send to product. But till date they have not received and 02/07/13 on morning 11.06 am, I got call from 100bestbuy customer this no.[protected], he hold me u have pay rs4000 asking amounts after I send you product. After i continue the phone call them but not attend the call. I have distressed to call customer care 10 times. I have not replied.
Please let me know what else information I can provide or how can I help more to get the action initiated against this fraud.
