I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt April 20th when both our LPG cylinders where empty - this is due to the delay from Chitoor Agency for the previous months in distributing the cylinders on time.
Chittor agency has asked us to Book for a new Cylinder ONLY AFTER 20 days of Delivery of fresh cyilnder.
so as per their advice we have booked the next LPG ONLY after 20 days eventhough we were not having any other LPG cylinders available for use.
when we approached them on April 28th , Chittor Agency has updated as that it will be delivered on May 2nd. But it was not deleivered on May 2nd.
Even after daily reminders on phone they are giving false assurance everday.
Reallly they are making people fool and always making false commitment.there is no value for words in this Distributor.
People are facing issues against Chittor agencies for such a long time so Kindly look into the matter and take the proper action upon the agency.
Also I wanted to know from Bharat Petroleum authorities,
1)If I Book for refilling of the cylinder to my distributor & I have been alloted the Q no.of say 150 then how many days should be taken by distributor for supplies.
2)Also Please confirm the number of days after which we can book for a new cylinder, once the booked cylinder is delivered and the second cylinder available is already empty. Was this information helpful? |
