I have received a message from no. +1255020 for renewal of islam devotional subscription pack.I m being charged unnecessarily for subscription of the same pack. There is no provision to unsubscribe the pack, rather it is being continued without confirmation from the consumer.

Yes I am agreed with this complain. The same thing has happened to me also. Moreover BSNL Customer Care has no information and they are reluctant to help their customer to get out of this kind of situation on repeated request. Just want to STOP IMMEDIATELY and REFUND THE CHARGES deducted for this kind o[censored]nauthorised services. DND service from 1909 also do not have helping attitude in this situation.
