365jobs4u.com IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD COMPANY SO I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE ALL YOU PEOPLE NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME & EFFORT WORKING FOR THEM AS YOU WILL NOT BE PAID - IF YOU DON'T WISH TO TAKE MY ADVICE YOU CAN LEARN IT THE HARD WAY. ALSO YOU ARE URGED TO KINDLY INFORM OTHERS ABOUT THE SAME.

I joined 365jobs4u.com on 19Aug2008. When I joined I was told that there is no trial period – most other companies have a trial period of at least a week whereby you can get back your money if you are not satisfied with the website – but this is not the case with 365jobs4u.com. I also noticed that if you look at the current members those who are currently working only seem to have joined in the current or previous month. If this is such a great company and making payments regularly why is it that the old members are no longer doing the work? Now all this should have triggered some warning bells in my mind & they did but I decided to believe their statement of being a genuine website/company & work for them!

When I first joined I was clueless as to how to go about doing the job. After making the payment I was sent an email with an ID & given the link to a website (Global Point Forum) & told to go & register myself on that website using the ID I was given. When I got to the website & tried to register with the ID given to me I was told that it already existed so I sent them an email but did not get any reply. So I then tried to get onto a chat – managed to get someone called Shashank Wagh who helped me through it – he then gave me another ID & told me that he would inform the concerned person & told me to go to a Forum, then a sub-forum, pick a topic & then go to one of the search engines & try & find a reply for that topic/query & then post it on their website. Seemed simple enough & so I started to do my work diligently.

There were times when I had queries & so sent emails to them but not once did I get a single reply to ANY of my questions. I must say the customer service is appalling as not only did I not get any replies to my emails but everytime I wanted to get onto a chat I would click on the link & wait for hours sometimes & then after 5 or 6 hrs sometimes just give up – the odd times I was informed that I was connected to someone I sent them my query & never got anyone replying back to me at the other end. In all, I think there were 2 chats that I managed to have – one being with Shashank Wagh at the start who gave me the new ID & told me what to do very briefly. I also needed to confirm that the ID given to me was noted down by the people concerned & that my work was getting recorded so tried several times to get onto another chat but was unsuccessful.

In the meantime I also noticed that the total number of my posts kept falling every now & then & wanted to query this. Then on 01Sep2008 when I tried to log in I was told that the website needed to be renewed & this would be done very shortly. I tried getting onto it the next day but kept getting the same message so sent emails but again got no reply. After this finally on 04Sep2008 I managed to get onto a chat & was given a link to a new website (www.expertadvice.in) & told to go there, use the same ID & continue working as normal & that all the work I had done in the past would be transferred to this website. So I managed to get on & continue working.

Now since it was the beginning of September I was confused about payments – did they pay you at the end of each month so would the work I did for part of August be treated as a pro-rata & would I be paid for that or did I have to actually complete a month? On 09Sep2008 I finally managed to get onto a chat with ‘Michael’ who told me that I needed to complete a month of work which in my case would be 18Sep2008 then the names for those who worked in September would be out between the 7th & 15th of October. So I continued to work.

I forget to mention here that I took this job very seriously & since I didn’t have any other income & was relying on this I worked from home 14 to 16 hours every day!

I was tremendously happy as I was now the leading person with the most number of posts done. Apart from the top performer which is shown as ‘Expert Advice’ & has been showing 1360 posts since the onset & is basically the website’s which is where we work & so just placed there to give people the wrong impression, I was in 2nd place.

But then regularly some of the posts kept dropping off & I do know that if you do an incorrect post it would be taken off but in my case I spent loads of time on each post & know that I did them all correctly. So I went back to find the treads I had entered – fortunately for me I kept a record of each & every thread I posted for from the 2nd week I started – at that time I went back & made a note of all the posts I had done from the beginning – I started to do this as I realized that the numbers of my posts would fall regularly for no reason – so I then found out that that particular discussion/thread was completely taken off their website.
Anyway to cut a long story short, on 08Oct2008 after working daily for 7½ weeks the names for the September work were listed on their website & imagine to my horror when I did not find my name on that list so I called their office in India which is next to impossible to get as I think they have only 1 landline which is always busy & the 2 mobiles numbers listed are switched off almost always. But I did manage to get in touch with a person called ‘Rahool’ who took my ID & told me that the list was going to be updated on the 10th so to check back after that. After that when I name still didn’t make the list I called back on the 13th & again all that Rahool did was take my ID & email address & he promised to send me an email by the next day but when I did not get an email I called yet again on the 14th & all he did was take my ID no & email address & then disconnect. By this time I was furious so later that day my husband called pretending to be someone else to find out how their system works & after that mentioned that we were actually existing members & gave him my ID & email address – again an email was promised to no avail.
Then the following day we called the office again & Rahool was supposedly away so we were put to someone called Amit who I believe is listed on the website as the owner. Again I had to explain what had happened from the start & he took my ID & email address telling me it would definitely be sorted out – I told him that I was calling from overseas each time & it was costing me a lot & he assured me that he would pass on the details to Rahool & it would definitely be sorted out & that I didn’t need to call or email again. Well I’ve waited over 2 weeks & not heard back from them. During the time I was working I got emails from 3 new members who asked for my assistance in how to go about doing the work. The last person to write to me wanted to know if it was a legitimate company so I explained that I had been working for just under 2 months & to-date had not been paid – that person then sent me some links claiming that 365jobs4u.com was a SCAM! I’m attaching the link & hoping to get more people aware of the fact that they might be wasting their time & efforts as they may not be paid!

I must say that the only money that the company must have spent is on designing the website which is very impressive & professionally done & enough to dupe a lot of people. I’m sure all the testimonies put on the website are all made up stories.
I think this company makes it’s money off people paying registration fees as according to them they’ve got 1000s of clients. Please click onto the above link to read stories of other victims who have been duped! By the way this company also has website called http://www.dataentryjobs.us

I have done a total of 1223 posts (for which I should have been paid US$8561.00). I am writing this post just to create an awareness for more people not to become victims!

www.365jobs4u is a legitimate site as far as i am concerned. I am saying this not just for the sake of saying but really because i have received money/payment from this site, So no matter what other people say about this site but still i will stand with my point that this site is a legitimate site.

Yes, the company "www.365jobs4u" is realy fraud and robber thinks. I join this company for online data entry job but after complete all works they dont give me my payments and not refund my registration fee,
I advice of all people that don't belive them, that is absolutly fraud company.
