Actualy i am going that company for help of consultancy friends they are asking 15000. I am very confused seeing above complaints. Please give me the clear information about that company friends. I am going to join that company or not. Help me friends.

I got a letter for interview from 4w technologies and have decided not to go, seeing the comments and doing background research on the company. All the negative comments here are true, i have spoken to one of the employee of that company. It is shocking to find so many good reviews and i am very skeptical that the company has hired a person to write such good reviews on various forums. If you notice all the reviews are copy pasted ones from consumercomplaint forum but the names are different. I feel so to even receive a interview letter from this company. After hearing the salary details from the employee i spoke to i came to know my one month's salay is 4 months salary over their. They cannot pay well and i am not switching my job now.
It is also partially the fault of people who join the company without any background research before joining. As per national employment law bond in work organization does not exist. Still if the company insist you can file a direct case and they will sue the company. If there is no employee benefit and they ill-treat you or make you work more than 40 hours and pay less than industry standards form a union and put a case, they will shut the company in no time. I have helped one of my friend in such cases and i now the law better. Believe me these cases are taken very seriously. Do background check before you join the company, just because you got a job doesn't mean you should join blindly, if you do they are going to treat you like an .

Hi friends, don't consider any comments. If you believe yourself then start your carrier with 4W. "4w technologies" is well & good concern whoever has knowledge for learning new technologies. Now i am working in FIS reason is i had strong knowledge about my technologies from my training in 4W so only I got the offer from FIS. 4W is small concern but i am sure definitely you will get big achievements in your future. Hai frnds, I attend the interview in this company, Its utter waste to attend interview in this company, Interview process is very bad, I clear all rounds but In last only they say i have to sign an agreement for two years and salary is also not so good, and infrastructure of that company is so worst, its look like a small browsing center.
Dear Manigandan Just now I attend the interview on that company its totally waste of time to attend there they conduct totally 5 rounds salary is also not good and they ask bond for Two years and they ask our Certificates too Its not a good place to work there HRs also not good.
