Sir, I had purchase a 5.1 multi media speakers for my home DVD from Rajeshri Electricals, Hadapsar, Pune 28 on 25/11/2009 in the evening. This was bought to celebrate our wedding aniversary which was scheduled for the 27th November. I did not open the box till 27th evening. On the 27th, my husband opened to box to connect it. To my surprise there was a lot of humming noise from the Woopher. It persisted for a long time. We called up the DEaler and I do not know how it again started working well. But after some time, again the humming noise started. The noise of so annoying that I switch off the system immediately everytime. I made complaints to the Dealer but he is not able to contact the Customer SErvice people of Philips. Their number is not being attended to. I feel very bad that even after paying the full amount in cash for the speakers, I cannot enjoy the music at all because of lack of customer care service from Philips. It is now already seven days I am trying to contact the Customer Care service people. Please help me solve my problem. Was this information helpful? |
noise . it as so loud that i had to switch it off.i went to the dealer in a few days time th exchange it .he gave me a brand new wofer.i went back and conected it it and it had the same problem.now when i aksed my dealer he refuses to exchange it and the tacnition is telling thay cannot do any thing about it
