5 in one sofa bed — not recieved

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have requested by phone one 5 in 1 sofa bed 20 days back.till now no reciept from your end.My amount was debited from my account.can you clarify.

5 in 1 air sofa bed — not received product.

Purchased air sofa bed from online site www.5in1airsofabed.com, made a credit card payment amt Rs.4679 with transaction id :10103227 thru the same site mentioned above. they have provided phn num :[protected] for any queries and customer service. after waiting for past 2 & 1/2 weeks called them up as the commitment was for the product to be delivered in 4 days..was asked to message details for trans and i did so, called them up twice after that but asked to wait for a few days.. no revertalsyet and also called them up many time but no one picks up the phone now..upset as the money that i charged through the credit card is accruing interest and i havent received the product yet and neither are they informing meas to what is happening.

As mentioned by Sunny I have also made a credit card puchase and still now i have also not received the product. I have tried calling them on the number mentioned by Sunny and have the same problem. People do not seem to be responsible to answer the customer calls and I am terribly upset on this trasaction and would greatly appreicate if anybody from the company could revert back at teh earliest on my number [protected].

On 04th of May I had ordered a Blue 5in1 Velvet Air Sofa Cum Bed on [protected] with cash on delivery option. But i got sofa in orange colour. Also their was no repairing kit with the sofa. When i talked with the delivery boy. He said "the sofa will be replaced, whenever it will be leakage. Last week the sofa was leaking. When i have complaint against the problem on 05th of July. They said "send us a SMS with your problem, the problem will be solved within 24hours". But till date the problem have not been sorted out. I have tried so many time on this no. [protected]. But they are not pickingup my call.

Pl. solve my problem.

Maine 5 May 2014 Ko 5 in 1 Order Kiya Tha do din main wo sofa lick ho gaya ph karte to ph utathe nahi.ph hold pe dalte hai.
inse koi bhi product mat lijiye. ekdam bakvas service hai.
