my docket no. 6327626 on 14.9.10 at 6.58 pm about unsubscribe the service of hamsakal sms by[protected] who bethout subscription Rs. 10 was deducted as renewed the service . but on 25.9.10 at 10-41-25 pm again deducted Rs. 10 as renewed and send sms to unsubscribe send " STOPHM" THAT IS SEND BY ME but sending failed as earliar . It is a sorryfull and cheating by service provider to bsnl customers . is it enforced to unsubscribe the same ! is liability fixed by bsnl upon service provider[protected] . my mobile no. [protected]

Call toll free number 1503 and then press 9 to talk to customer service. Tell them your problem to unsubscribe from this service. They will do it for you right away. There is no other way to stop this sms.
