I am working as Lecturer in Govt. Engineering College,Vellore , India- 632002. I Purchesed new nokie mobile ( modle no. 6070 GSM Product code: 0534580) at univercell on 25 th September 2007 . with ina week the mobile Menu key is working in approch nokia care ASC297_434038 at vellore on 30th september til date they told me that my mobile is send to chennai for repiring for fast 15 days i am trobling with out mobile . it is very poor response towards customer from a huge frim.
Hence i kindly request you to disprse me mobile other wise myself to approch a consumer court regarding this matter.
