I had bought lakme 9 to 5 eyeliner some months back..I have not been able to use it more than once only! The liner is completely defective as not even a dot is coming out of it.I wrote on lakme's wall in facebook seeking help.They forwarded it to the brand team and the brand team contacted me assuring me that someone from their store will come to my home and fetch the defective liner and replace it with a new one.That has been past 3 weeks but still no communication from their end.Even my repeated facebook posts go ignored.Is this how such a branded company deal with their customers?
