A1 Books India — Non-receipt of ordered goods

I have placed an online order for a book"WORK BOOK ON JAIIB",on[protected].As per the advertisement,it may take upto a maximum of six days for delivery.But ,i haven't recieved the product even after two months.This i suspect is an online cheating.Request to advice on this matter

i also faced the same problem dont send money for that oraganization it is cheating

A1 Books India — Refund of Amount

I had placed a order for thru online with order No. IND133436 and paid the amount thru net banking. In the website the book was in Stock. after few days they sent a mail stating the book is not in stock and send us the Bank details and amount will be directly credited into my account within a week. but now since it is 2 weeks the amount is not credited. each time i call they say it will be credited by friday as accounts department has to process.
I would like to know is the amount they are paying me free of cost. It is the amount i had paid for book seeing it is available.do not you think it is the fault of the company for non availability of book. If book is not in stock it should have been updated in Website.
Now I should follow up each day for the amount of 845/- now itself i had spent around 200/- for accessing the mail and Phone calls.
what a service they are providing. to transfer the amount hardly it might take a day and they have take 2 weeks still not responding.I think by the time I get the amount I would have spent the amount in following them

I have the same complaint to make. Even I had placed an order around 26 days back for which I paid Rs. 835/- but the order was canceled as the seller did not have stock of the book. My order number is IND136022. And even after many calls and assurances from a1books, I have still received any refund from them. Even I had paid by net banking and they took all my account details weeks back. The reason they gave me last time is that they did not have enough staff in accounts department and hence the refund is delayed. However I am trying to call them now and their phone is constantly busy with the answering machine responding that the phone is busy. I am now suspicious of a fraud going on the part of a1books. I am considering filing a consumer complaint against them.

Same here. I paid for a book but not received book till date.

I have ordered a book with two volumes in november. After that they informed me that book is out of stock and they will get the reprint by december end. So I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount, but they did not do it.

When i sent a reminder mail, there was no response. In January, I got a mail saying that my order has already been shipped through first flight couriers.

But, when I checked in the First flight courier's tracking system, I saw that the books were returned to Delhi since the customer doesn't accept it. But, nobody from this courier service has called me till date.
