[Resolved]  A1Books India — Not delivering the subscribed magazine despite taking 100% advance

I have subscribed Champak for my daughter in the month of May'2009. This is a fortnightly magazine for kids but during last 4.5 months, I have got only five copies...that too most of them were delayed. In last 1.5 months I haven't received any copy. Loggin complain in the company's website also not resulted in anything.
I am really surprised with this kind of pathetic service and would never go for it in the future.

I completely agree. They are a middleman and cheated me too and I put a charge back. After beign cheated when I did a google on the company I found extreme poor reviews on the company in the US and lots of fraud too on sites that monitor reviews. I will never do business and warn others to be cautious of this cheating company

A1Books India — Not delivered

I purchased a book by online transfer of payment but till date I have not received my book. Neither they respond to my email nor their phone is working. They are cheating people. Please all avoid this site.

I also have placed the order 13 days back, I don't get any reply. This is really hopeless.
I was very to see this site. This is my first and probably my last experience with such useless site. They don't have anything to check the status of the order. Absolutely useless.
I am also planning to go consumer court very soon.
