[Resolved]  Aaaaa — complaint against private buses in Kochi

I am a regular passenger in a private bus"St. George" from EKM South to S. Moolamkuzhy in the evening.Another lady who is also a regular passenger take the same bus from the same south bus stop and get down at S. Moolamkuzhi. The conductor charge me Rs.5.50 as bus fare for the journey. At the same time he charged Rs. 4.50 to the other lady. My complaint is "Why he take an extra charge Rs.1 from me? At the time when I get down from the bus he told "Tomorrow I will not allow you to travel in this bus.You always stand besides the steps and won't allow other passengers to get in this bus".
My problem is that, not mine, it is a general problem; we won't get proper buses from Beach Road Moolamkuzhi(Rd) to EKM and vise versa. It is because of some reasons, Moolamkuzhy is only 3 Kms far from Thoppumpady.The bus is from Kannamaly and so it was crowded. Obviously, I wish we will get a remedy from this curse. Actually I am sending this to get a proper attention and permanent solution for us.
