[Resolved]  Aavanor Systems — Fraud Software Company

Hi,
It is a very good company. I worked there previously and the tests conducted are genuine. The candidates who get selected in this company are bright and get trained well.

I have lots of gratitude for the CEO who is running this company, he is sophisticated in intelligence and work but very simple person in terms of his social approach to the employees.

If you get selected in this company as a fresher it is good for you. I have learnt alot during my fresher days in this company.

I think no genuine company ll get money from the candidates for written test or for any other recruiting processes. Cant that company afford to conduct a test too.. ??!!

Aavanor is not fraud cmpy. becoz im undergoing training in that company. now tey r not offering fee for written test. tey creating HMS (hospital management system) for many hosiptal. currently tey hv 7 major clients. its true... i[censored] have any queries mail me <<<<<<<<[protected]@gmail.com.>>>>>>.. i will give my mobile nos... i[censored] r interest attending interview... Without aware of this cmpny... fkers dont blame it... DONT SPOIL THE COMPANY NAME...ALONG WITH ME EXACTLY 79 EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE... but nearly half of them working in client side... ITS DEVELOPING COMPANY... TERE MISSION IS 2 TO LAUNCH TERE HMS project all over india...

I have'nt seen any Girl Employees inside the company since I worked. There was a problem within the company due to an X-Manager. From that they stopped recruiting girl candidates,
But, they collect the money from them to attend the test.

How can a good company collect money from Girls/Ladies even though they are not recruiting them?

I do agree the fact, 2 days back i attended the walkin in aavanor systems for java..What the guys mentioned above is right upto certain extend..the only gud thing is that now they ve stopped collecting 30 rps, but still they do not ve the intention of recruiting people..just for name sake they r conducting the interview which kills our time...Guys be aware ...

I agree they have cheated the clients also, they underquote to grab the project and one the prototype is ready they try to increase the cost..this has happened many times..so clients beware...[protected]@UK
