Who so ever you are... which I am sure you wont reveal as you are lier and are trying to de-fame me probably because of some personal reasons. If you are a true person please post the entire details of any incident or event where you have found me cheating with any efficient proofs that you have. OR just reveal your name and no. for people to contact you for details.

I agree with the complaint that Mr Abhinav Bardhan is a BIG TIME CHEATER. He has cheated us by taking Rs 2.50 Lacs as his commission. He called us to his ELEGANT OFFICE address and made us sit in a Board Room chamber for a meeting. He and his colleague were dressed properly and by seeing the office any new comer gets convinced that he is doing a big job. ACtually the office of Elegance Tower is a virtual office and not his owned office, he pays rent for using the meeting room afterwhich he calls all his clients to cafe coffee day. Acidentally i[censored] go to his office he shall tell you that i have just left and please come to Cafe Coffee Day

Anyone wanting to file criminal case against this guy, do let me know, we can make a team and see that this CHEATER goes behind BARS

You are a very intelligent cheater, u cheat people by showing big dreams and giving them false promises

You give projects that r not viable to complete and even if one completes it u take out silly mistakes and then show the agreement which u get signed before giving work

Guys. Please beware, the agreement he is going to give u cuts off all your hands to go legally against this guy. Please go through its content very carefully

We were given medical form filling work by this guy for 30000 entries in 30 days but were given 40000 entries in original and when we told them we were told by arvind or surendra both the names are of same person that sir u plz don't worry u need to complete only 30000 entries but we did complete 40000 entries then this guy just checked 1000 entries and took out silly mistakes like coma, fullstop etc and told that your accuracy ratio is just 80 percent and u shud achieve 99 percent which is next to impossible. If there is any mistake from the side of corss globe then mr abhinav shall tell you that i have sacked Mr Arvind and now Mr Surendra shall take care of you

This guy is very good in making stories

Plz tell him to show u atleast 1 regular center who is doing work with him and getting payment and has a success story.

He gets money just by taking commission and takes advantage of indian laws which r complicated for getting money out of him

His office is a virtual office and actually no one sits over there. Virtual office means a address given to u virtually by building owner to receive your correspondence and calls but actually no one sits there

Mr bardhan, I am never a loser but I admit that u r more intelligent and have arranged things so well like u agree in the first part that ok give me 50 percent commission and bal 50 percent after u receive payment to show your genuineness

I have also given my company name and address and contact details and I m sure I shall find out correct way of putting u behind bars

Main problem, we center face is that u don't only loose cross globe's commission of 2.5 lacs but u loose the money which u pay to your staff as salary and also the other expenses u incurr. In our case we had come to delhi 3 times from gujarat and each trip costed us Rs 25000 so alongwith commission of Rs 2.5 lacs we lost rs 2 lacs as salary, rs 50000 as other expenses and rs 75000 on travelling expenses so total loss came at 5.75 lacs

Mr abhinav, please stop this forgery u r doing from last several years as u have to pay for your misdeeds

I have met this fraudster 1 year back and he had a second hand 10 years old honda city car which litreally shows his status

This is for sure that those of them who does not trust me shall repent in future and I request them to join and tell their experience at this posting.so that more innocent people are saved from forgery

in my case, we have paid Rs 2.50 lacs to him from our overseas company in dubai and the procedure for filing a police complaint by a foreign company in favour of indian is very complex, i would be obliged if you could help us in this regards

Am also one of the victim. i too got cheated by this fraud. the same arvind and bunty only did all the [censored] support to him. vishal sood is a great cheater. just google it his name then everyone will come to know about vishal sood. that is the reason why abhinav has used Mr.sood instead of vishal sood.

In my case, i have paid the upfront amt to one local fraud ( without knowing abt his genuineness). he paid some amt to this abhinav fraud and we got introduced. all the technical support( they itsel[censored]sed this word) got it from arvind and bunty. one day we got termination mail from their [censored] team which says that your quality is worst (mother [censored]ers) ...

While starting the process, we have asked so many doubts with them. none has cleared logically. infact the data which they provided is fake. we sent a mail to abhinav for this.

Hi All,

Well all these days when we were processing these data, we noticed some sort of ambiguities and similarities in most of the data which made us think over it again and again.

For example

1. Almost all the card numbers and TIN number are similar. One or two cases may be co-incidence but it’s there in almost 70% of the data. Sometimes TIN numbers are also increasing one by one.

2. Time field is also increasing with a specific interval of 1 hr, i.e. 10:03:00, 11:03:00 and so on

3. Apart from these, even Reference no, Invoice no, Supplier no, dispatch doc no, buyer order no, product code, product id is also increasing.

4. There is one more important observation that we noticed in addition to these doubts. In Quantity after every 17 rows, pieces are increasing one by one say, 209, then after 17 rows its 300, then 301 and so on, also order of pieces in these 17 rows remain same. Similarly the order in the warranty field is also same everywhere.

Based on all these assumptions, we have a doubt whether all these data have been processed earlier in excel or in any other format, then converted to these images and again given to us for processing.

We don’t want to take any chance with regard to this data because data in all these fields seems to be totally confusing and all the datas in the respective fields are following some specific order which am sure would have processed through excel or from other format.

We want clear cut information as to how to process these data, whether these data are really genuine. We also feel that something is fishy here. So please make us sure regarding our doubts and related queries else if something goes wrong in between then it will be big problem for both o[censored]s.

If you do not get proper acknowledgement or answers from the tech/support staff then it can be escalated to me or Mr Sood. Please dont throw blames unnecessarily without speaking to/co-ordinating with the tech/support staff.


I dont mean to rude but we all should strictly follow the protocol defined for operations.

Each agent will be required to create 100 files per day in an 8-9 hour shift and this project can be run in 3 shifts.

Total revenue per agent is estimated @ 100 x USD 1.20 = $120 x 22 (working days) = USD 2, 540 per agent per month.

The project is fake or not i dont know, but the attached doc was prepared by Abhinav bhardan...
so i got doubt and googled his name. that's how i got this page.

I never worked with abhinav & arvind, But there is a cheater who is with them, PAWAN KUMAR JAISWAL.
The biggest fraud of the decade, he is also the partner in cross globe, I don't know abhinav is genuine or fake, but i know his partner is a born fraud.

As that e-mail stated is for a legal company in Singapore, and Mr Abhinav Bhardan looks like an Indian prospect...
