[Resolved]  Abt Maruti Ltd., — Very poor service by ABT maruti dealer

I had given my alto K10 vehicle for first service.
The problem is very low quality Number plate was fixed in the rear side.
this resulted in heavy vibration & noise while driving.
I had clearly written in the First service customer complaints slip.
To my shock, they have returned the vehicle without attending the complaint.
I think they only do water service and send us back.
if that is case, then why should we go to ABT maruti for Brand name.
I tried to contact Mr. Samuel the service manager of ABT maruti, unable to reach him at 6.00PM on 02.10.10. because my car was delivered at that time to my residence.

Then how to believe the other problems whether corrected or not.
The light & the a/c suddenly becomes low.
can Maruti Suzuki customer care answer me this query.

I bought a NEW MARUTI Swift car for last month ( 26th March )from Cuddalore ABT Showroom . After that I went to temple on31st Match at that time accident happened . After that the same day the vehicle sent to Maruti showroom at Cuddalore ABT. Still today I am not getting any updates regarding insurance claiming. They are informed me last three days there was not available of the surveyor from the insurance agency.

Please take necessary action and do needful action at the earliest.

ABT service center — Bad Service

Hi
I have given my maruti swift Dzire VXI for first free service to one of the authorised service center, thats ABT showroom, Chennai, Tamilnadu. After my first service i have found a shaving blade inside FAN outlet. May be they have forgotten to take it out. But when I askd them to remove it they are askng me to come some other day!!!
Why maruti is giving dealership/service for such type of dealers????
Who will be responsible if it causes some major problems???

MARUTHI ALTO — right side front wheel jumping

I purchased maruthi alto from authorised dealer Mithra agency vijayawada on 31st december 2007.Iam facing problem with the car my car's right side front wheel is jumping..I submitted 3 complaint letters,but problem is not rectified..iam intimating my problem through this website..i[censored] wont respond to our problem..we are ready to go court..so kindly understand our problem

MARUTHI ALTO — low service quality

I, Vijay, have given my Maruthi Alto Lxi(2008 model) at varun service center at balnagar,hyderabad,AP, in january for the following reasons.
1. Low pick up.
2. Low mileage
3. Mis-firing
4. Engine noise.
These are the main reasons for which i gave the vehicle for servicing apart from general servicing(4th paid). till today the problem in my vehicle was not rectified either at varun motors workshop at balnagar and begumpet.
I went with the same problem nearly half-a-dozen times for the above said problems.

Areas covered in the vehicle.
1. cleaned engine for 20,000 kms. done.
2. tappet valves adjusted.
3. alignment done.

Right at present I have given ,my vehicle with reg.no. AP 28 CA 0367 for the above same problems. I request the concerned authorities to give severe instructions to Varun motors workshop center, begumpet, hyderabad, AP. I BOUGHT A SWIFT VXi FROM MARUTI TRUE VALUE ON 28.05.2010. THE DEALER IS ABT MARUTI, MADURAI.I WAS GIVEN ONLY SINGLE KEY. I ASKED ABOUT THE SPARE KEY. THEY COMMITEED TO GIVE THE SAME. BUT NOW I AM FORCED TO PAY MONEY FOR THE SAME. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

I bought a maruti Ritz in Dec 2009 (TN 58 V 2813) at ABT Maruti, Madurai, and I sent the vehicle for the first service When the vehicle was returned, I noticed that the left fog lamp was not in order. It was ok when I sent it for service. I reported the matter immediately and I was told that it would be replaced in the next service, as they didnot have the bulb at that time.But even after the third service, the bulb was not replaced. When I protested, they sent me the mechanic and replaced the bulb. but I was made to pay Rs 600 for that. I had to pay the amount for no fault of mine and I was made to wait for nine months for this.Indeed a blot on their trustworthiness

I send my maruti alto(py .01.AR 0766) in ABT cuddalore for service on date 13.12 .10 for complaint of low pickup and minor tinker work in LH side RR door, the body shop executive gopinath and mechanic sivakumar give time delivery time on 20.12.10.but today(25.12.10) I will call to ABT service center, they told your car is not ready and speak irrespectively.and they do not told when the car is ready .so your service is very very poor

I Had given my car Maruthi Eeco for my first service at Pollachi ABT Maruthi i had a problem of 1st and 2 nd Gear shifting it was too hard and i was facing issue in noise from Steering, wherein i had really a worst experience my car was not even given a water wash at the time of commited time of delivery and my problems where also not resolved really i felt "is this is a customer service"... My service advisor have given me a word as this is "This what we can do as best, Do what ever u can" ... i never had such an experience in my life with other companies like CAI and Anamalais...this was my first incident So i m Sure that hence forth i will never look forward for a car in ABT and yet i havent received the remedy for the Issue after escalating this to the higher official...

Maruti — fog lamp

i purchased a maruti zen estilo vxi on 17th feb 2010. on that time u gave me a 2yr warrenty of any type of problem. but now the fog lamp silver polish is
faded.i call to customer care but don't give me a good response.
Fiber items, paints are not covered in warranty.
I have given my WAGON-R car to ABT MARUTI Ambattur CHENNAI for changing engine oil, gear oil, coolant and for service on 16th april 2013. After taking delivery . the vehicle was used in the local for around 60KM. On saturday we took the vehicle to kancheepuram before reaching kanchipuram i identified engine temperature started raising, then i managed to take the vehicle to nearby maruthi authorisied service centre Ganesh Cars Pvt Ltd.

Regarding this I spoke to ABT Maruti abattur immedatly . to the manager, he is not ready to tell his name clearly also, i guess he has malayalm ascent. He replied to us all this is thrill in life. when i told Whole family with baby and one kid were in the road for nearly 2 hours.

the service supervisor Mr.Sivabalan also did not give proper response . first he did not pick his phone at all . I guess later he called as manager would have told the issue.

Throughout the day we were there, ABT Maruti Amabattur manager for courtesy also he did not enquire back again.

Initally we reqested him for mobile service as we have baby, kids and ladies with said we do not have policy of sending mobile service once again he said these are all thrills, enjoy in life.

From the Maruti service centre kanchipuram where we have given vehicle .

W e came to know this occured due to the absence of coolant.

Al ready ABT Maruti Ambattur They have taken the tools from car including jackey and rod which they did not return it . Regarding this we informed to the service supervisior.

W e customers belive in them they do the service propely but they cheat us
how it is possible to check in details without having the proper knowledge

205 rupees coolant they have cheated caused all these problems

I do not how much money to spend to fix the problem after service only we will know

Maruti they advertise to put geniune parts and do the service to authorised service center these service center do like this



Please tell us how to save the customers form these people
what justice the customers will get if they to consumer court
because already the manager spoke in such a manner like gunda

Please take necessary action and do needful action at the earliest.

ABT Maruti - Cuddalore - Poor service. - Unsatisfactory.
I had given my celerio VXI AMT vehicle for first service on 14.1.2015.
The problem is very low quality service Just they did body water wash not even jack wash because uuder chasis fully mud when they delivered from their service center to us.
To my shock, they have returned as it is without attending any correction with full dust.
when we asked they said, because we did service in the noon, by evening dust formed.
if that is case, then why should we go to ABT maruti for Brand name.
Then how to believe the other problems whether corrected or not.

Hi,

I just want to express my deepest disappointment in the way my car was serviced by the ABT Maruti showroom in the Ambattur Industrial Estate.

I had given my swift desire for the 3rd service on 02/09/2017 which was on saturday.

I was advised that I have to pay 2700 for the service, I accepted and left the car for servicing.

When I got back to take the car I checked, it was not cleant properly, they had just cleant the body of the car and did not clean the under chassis nor the mud guard on top of the tyre.

I went to the supervisor and complained about this and did not like the way I was treated, no one responed properly. I just paid and left the place with anger.

I took my car to my mechanic to check whether they have done the servicing properly and to my shock they did not even change the engine air filter in the car but I had paid for it.

I was advised that the air filter has to be changed and I paid for it as well.

I have never seen any showroom this poor in service and they are completly fraud.

I want this complaint to be taken seriously and I want this to be corrected.
