AC Bus 524 — Not Punctual

This is to complain about AC Bus No. 524 running from borivali station at 7 am to Vashi. Problem is from last month this bus doesnt come on time i.e. 7 am bus might come after 7.20 am and sometimes there is no bus at 7 am. It becomes very difficult for people like us who have to reach office on time. And if we ask the driver he gives us unjustifiable reasons. Sometimes the condition of the bus is very bad, maintenance of the bus is not done properly. AC doesnt work properly. For such situations, driver cant be blamed. But for atleast timings, please ensure that it comes on time.
