My mother is not getting widow ppension against PPO number 3279 since last 5 months

Respected Sir,
This is very regreted that a woman who's lost her husband and there is no financial support from anywhere & is not educated also, is being troubled by the Dadri (Noida) people to get widow pension against PPO no. 3279 yet. Although she is already submitted her all relevant documents to Dadri region (for Noida) last year but they people are saying that they have lost the papers 3rd time. My mother is helpless she has no one to take care, no financial support from anywhere...
Kindly do'nt ignore this mail and take a necessary action for this because we got tired and they (Dadri) people already took so much of money to find the papers of my mother but still they are misplacing the papers...what to do?
