TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ACCEL FRONTLINE MUMBAI (Tardeo Centre). The two girls at the reception are unable to handle the customers. they are always on the phone inspite of a customer in front of them. I have spent not less than 60 minutes every time i went there. Unfortunately my family had purchased 4 sony eric handsets and hence the frequent visits to the centre.
One handset w 580i was under warranty when given for repairs, they did a patch up job... it worked for 30 days and then packed up. Now that it is out of warranty they say we cant repair it, motherboard issue etc. HOW CAN A HANDSET WORTH Rs 10000 be unrepairable in 13 months??
Another handset K 810i was moisture affected(within 4 days of purchase )as i live on the sea face and in 2007 mumbai had the worst monsoon. As usual Accel said they cant do anything. I wrote at leat three mails to SOny ericcson but they only sent a standard auto reply message. A local mobile repair shop repaired it for Rs 3000 and it is working to date.
ONE EXPECTS A CERTAIN LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MNC BRANDS...BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH SONY. THEIR PHONES CONK OFF MUCH FASTER THAN NOKIA OR MOTOROLA AND THEIR SERVICE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE.
I have given feedback to the new manager Mr Sonar at the tardeo service centre and he has assured me that now Accel is part of BRITISH TELECOM and he will make sure the earlier problems are sorted out. I CAN SAY " I HOPE SO' Was this information helpful? |
