activation of games pack on dive in wap — even after repeated calls and after being assured the services is still not being removed...and i am still being charged for that..

i was surfing the internet and by mistake a link got clicked.so i got charged 5 rupees for that and so i immediately called the customer care number to deactivate that services...and the advisor who i spoke to sd that he has deactivated the services...and assured me regarding that...and advised that i will receive amessage confirming that within 4 hours time...i waited for the next day nothing happened....then i again called the customer care number 198...advisor advised me to go to number 155223 to deactivate the services...so i called that number and the voice message sd that i dont have any services activated....so i again called 198 and the next advisor told me that he will now cancel the services as that was still active and i to wait for atleast 1 hours time to recive a message to cinfirm that...but still nothing happened ....now in the meanwhile i had received a message stating that i will again be charged 5 rupees...and that will automatically get activated ....now i am being charged 5 rupees and when i called teh customer care number 198...advisor told me that the systems are down and i need to arrange a callback after 4.00 am.....please help me what should i do...to get the services removed...
