[Resolved]  ADFC Pvt. Ltd — I loose my job resone of HR of adfc

o had joined adfc Chennai classic on phone vadaplani on 3 jan 2013, am from manali Chennai -68, working hours is 6.30 pm, but they used leave this office premises only by 7or 7.30 pm, so i approached manager for my resignation, they didn't accept it, and said to continue for 1 year to get good rating then i agreed and continued to work, them after 1 year 3 months again approached them regarding resignation, but my reporting boss sheetal, and senthil ramesh said that you cant just walk out as you like, they forced to continue to work for 6 months, then mean while my marriage happened my husband don't want me to continue with the job further then again i approached them for resignation, they said we are not paying for charity you will take 15 days leave and you will go as you like ah, give us 2 months of time then will relive you, i agreed to it, then in November month i asked releving date and said them to releve me before chrismas, but they said that it is not possible and said to put paper by jan 24th i again agreed to it, , , dec 1st it was aroubd 5.30 my husband called me in my office landline and said he had applied leave for chrismas for 10 days, usually in office they used to barge our calls but our personal calls, but after knowing that it is personal call sheetal continued listening to it, and she called me and asked what is your chrismas plans, i said as of now i had not planned and came and sat in my place, then again by leaving i asked senthil ramesh, sir you know it is a personal call after knowinhg that also you will listen to my personal calls, then sheetal shouted you cannot question a bank staff as you like whomhas given those liberty to you, i reeplied back i didnt question him, i was asking him, wheather this was the process, then sheetal again shouted and said i don want such type of candifate to work here just put your paper and walk away, so vey next day i had apporrcahed HR office thiruvanmyur and explained what all happened from begning then they will spwak to mumbai head office and will as paid reveling, and siad to give my resignation latter to sheetal, but she didnt accept it, she is saying that she will put is as upsound only, so today i agian handed over my resignation letter to HR bindhu in thiruvanmyur branch, so please do help me to get my resignation, as because this my first job,

i have a smphaty for u. i understand that this ADFC is a fraud organisation and doing nothing to improve the career. they do not provide proper infrastructure and then they simply forced the emplyee to resign on account of poor performance. i have had a very bad experience of ADFC. government should ban ADFC immeditely.

I agrees that ADFC Pvt ltd is not maintaining proper record & making a improvement in career of those working for a long period in organisation. The HDFC bank employees staff always exploits ADFC staff. The late sittings and other incentives are given by them.As ADFC staff work hard and all credits are taken by HDFC staff.

I was worked with ADFC (Dirty worst Company) affiliated to HDFC in AP under HDFC Branch Manager of Retail assets, He is a worst rog.

IN CHENNAI MOUNT ROAD BRANCH ...THEY ARE ASKING LADIES TO SIT LATE HOURS EVEN AFTER COMPANY INFORMED THAT WOMENS/LADIES/GALS SHOULD LEAVE OFFICE AT 6.30PM...THEI DEPARTMENT BOSSES ARE HARRASING LADIES LIKE ANYTHING...AND ALSO TORTURING THEM BY HARSH WORDS...AND AKSING THEM ON LEAVE DAYS FULL WITH NO COMP OFF...ETC...

SOME BODY HAS TO TAKE INITIATIVE ON THIS...TAKE ACTION AGAINST THOSE FOOLS...WHO SHOUTS AT MEN AND WOMEN IN THAT COMPANY...THEY SHOULD THINK THAT OTHERS ALSO HAVING FAMILY, CHILD, LIFE ETC...THEY ARE NOT BORN FOR ADFC...SUCH A BIG ORGANISTATION IS DOING LIKE THIS...

hey im i got job in adfc as customer care for makin calls. goin to join next month. after seein ur complaints im worried abt my job...

yes it is true the hdfc staff is behave with adfc staff like a servant. coz all paper work like dispatch, scanning, filling all done by adfc staff there no experience in this work for our future since 3 years i m doing only scanning in trade finance department. we all adfc staff doing peon work n all hdfc staff always noticing us that we are adfc staff by their behavior except few staff of staff they treat us very nicely either they are telling us plz leave this firm there no future find anther job, hello we are also graduate, we also wat to learn everything the work which is doing by staff we are not here for only for dispatch, scanning, n filing

ma advice is to adfc and hdfc both plz appoint anther liable person for this parer work who is liable we are simly wested our time by doing this all rubbish thing we are just spoilling our educational qualification n our career also caz there is no experience by same expirence we cant do anything i our future

and one more why should boys dont have restriction about time like gals we are also have family if gals have time restriction till 6.30pm (which is not follow by hdfc) then boys also want time restriction till 7.00 pm up to 7.30 pm they are also have their families issues the why this diff between boys n gals abt timing kuchh hajam nahi ho raha hai

trade finance dept of hdfc bank is very wors dept there no time limit for gals also n boys also the rule is what hdfc staff should do late siting coz they earn that much but hdfc staff not allow us do go they are not realising us in time they keep us with them till work get finished this is big issue of timing in hdfc trade finance dept hello we dont want ot we also have families n we are not earning that much like staff it is ok for year ending n when there lot of work load then its ok but this is happening every single day for very less amt work hdfc staff keep us with them till work get fininshed 2 hdfc staff can do that work for sure but few of them leaving very earlly

actually i was trying to get a job in hdfc through adfc but after reading all the above comments & expereince i'v changed my decision...

i have not expected this from adfc...
