I have been dealing with Adith Multilingual Pvt. Ltd. which is a translation and interpretation company based in bangalore (Head O: #124, 1st Floor, Dooravaninagar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore-16 Ph:[protected] for the past few months with respect to the translation of documents from spanish to english and vice versa. Their purchase orders clearly states that the payment will be made to the translators within 45 days. They owe me Rs. 37,000 for the translation work I did for them, however I have got only Rs. 10,000 so far and that too after making 10,000 calls. If I ask them for the payment, these guys tell me that they are short of funds, which is actually difficult to believe since this organization has quite a good number of people working there. Its not the translators fault if the organization is even short of funds.even I being a translator survive on money I get from doing translations. After making 10,000 calls, these guys deposited a cheque of Rs. 10,000 in my account against the total payment of Rs.37,000, that cheque was bounced once as a result of which I was charged. Then, on several requests, they issued me another cheque after 3 days. Now, these guys are saying that I´ll have to wait for sometime since they are short of funds and they are not receiving payments from the clients and cannot pay me the balance Rs. 27,000 at the moment. I request you to please look into this matter and advise.
Thanks
