I want to take Dealership for Aditya Fuels Ltd, and also cross checked on PESO web site and found ok there, and Aditya still working since last 12 years.
I want to know, Which type of fraud done by company and when. Is company doning fraud with every Dealer or anything else.

Aitya fuels ltd is really a fraud company . So please beware if any one planning to take dealership.
iss co. main lootere baitehy hai.
various investors who has come to the company 's fraud activity after depositing registration money and security deposit not started agency . Now they are asking for refund of security deposit as per
agreement entered into with company . But company is not refunding their security deposit.
Once you you deposit security deposit money Rs.8 lakhs no official of the company receives your
phone calls, no employee of the company will give you proper information .

The company does not provide refills on subsidized rate as per commitment made at the time of giving dealer ship .The company’s agreement is totally one sided . So please do lot of homework if any one still don’t believes on my comment. There is no master data of company is available on MCA21(THE WEB SITE OF MINISTRY OF COMPANY AFFAIRS.)

It is totally fraud company and cheated innocent people and collect money from them after they have treated very bad response. I want to appeal to all viewer did not join this company while you are not contacted with existing dealer in India. they are weeping and crying invest huge money and zero income because of they have not responding properly. they are all of them are fraud that facts have been seen face to face. So everybody requested kindly abide these type of franchisee. I think this company's franchisee should be called frauding company.

mai khud ek distributor hu and samay per supply ki appurti prapt karta hu ... merei agency bihar ke madhubani dist me hai ... M/s. Sai GAs Agency jis mahanubhaw ko confusion hai wo nimn pate per aakar humse sampark kar sakta hai baki inko isse jyada nahi pata wo mental hospital me jate elaz karaye dhanyabad...

agar aapko lagta hai ki company galat hai to law and order ke hisab se 12 saal koi bhi company chal nahi sakti per ye to abhi bhi chal rahi hai aur supply bhi ja rahi hai ...per sir[censored]nko jinhone kaam karne ke liye agency li hai...unko nahi jinko ye pata nahi ki agency lene ka matlab kaam karna hota hai sirf bate karna nahi...

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was an agreement between Managing Director of Company Aditya Fuels Limited and the opposite party no.4 who was the distributor. It is said that the petitioners' company suffered a loss of about rupees seventy lacs on account of breach of several conditions of the contract between them in respect whereof a notice was given to opposite party no.4 on 30.05.2009 (Annexure-3). It is said that in retaliation thereof in order to save his skin the F.I.R. in question has been lodged by opposite party no.4 in October, 2009 saying that earlier a complaint was sent to Senior Superintendent of Police on 09.07.2009.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the Proprietor of Narayan Gas Agency. The gas cylinder supplied by the Aditya Fuels Limited were to be distributed by the petitioner among the sub- dealers. The complainant is one of the sub-dealers. Since the main supplier did not supply the gas cylinder to the accused-petitioner, therefore, he could not supply the same to the sub-dealers. One of the sub-dealers lodged an F.I.R. at crime No. C-2219/2009, under Section 420/406 IPC against the accused-petitioner which was challenged by the accused-petitioner Writ Petition No. 6174 (MB) of 2010 in which this Court was pleased to pass to allow the interim protection to the accused-petitioner by detailed and reasoned order. The facts of the two cases are identical. Therefore, the petitioner deserves the same protection in this case too.
