Sub: Adjacent house Water Logging being damage to my home AG-415, Shalimar Bagh

I am Sanjeev Kumar Minhas Residence of AG-415, Shalimar Bagh, Dehi-110088. We are facing a too much problem for three years. There is blockage in Adjacent House No AG-414, Shalimar Bagh. & My home is being suffered by Silen & there is short circuit in Bijli Board due to this Silen. I complained to them so many times, they told that there is no blockage from our side.

So, Please sort out the problem what should we do. We are suffering from mosquito’s also from this blockage.
