[Resolved]  Aegis Bpo Ltd. — PF..ISSUE (Please help)

please find the trailing mail sent to my EX-Employer with complete details of my grieviences/problems but everytime they commited a date but unfortunately the commitment was not kept my P.F no-KN/BN/25454/5545.

It now more then 2 years but nothing has been done.

Dear all,

It is a very shameful thing for me that I am begging for my own money PF reimbursement.
• My tenure in Aegis from 8 Aug 05 to 27 Dec 06.
• My full name is SHIVAM JAISWAL.
• I was in postpaid customer care process and shifted to corporate care.
• After leaving the organization I had filled up a form for the withdrawal of my PF
in the month of April 07.
• But somehow it was got rejected as per your HR Dept (Nisha Vacchani) who was takingcare of PF.
• Again I have resubmitted the form with a cancelled cheque in the month of Oct 07.
• Unfortunately or intentionally again this time my forms were misplaced by your end. in between a Bangalore landline number was given to me so that I can get the feedback and I had wasted lots of money by making STD calls to Bangalore but no proper feedback has been given to me from your end.
• And I was requested to resubmit the form for the third time and assurance was given by your end that this time there will be no problem.
• As I had no other options other then resubmitting the form for the third and I
did the same in the month of Jan 08.
• And no wonder it is still pending and not even proper feedback is given to
me.
• It’s is very ashamed thing for me that I am bothering you all from last one and half year for my own money and it seems that I am begging you for my own money.
• You please confirm that whether I am going to get my own money and when. Else now I have to think in different ways.

Would request you the expedite the entire process as soon as possible.

Expect that you will revert back soon.
