Dear Sir,
I am the employ of the Company Aegis BPO services using this connection of post from more than 6 months this was migrated from pre-paid to postpaid and now as i am leaving this company and also i am not satisfied by the service of postpaid i thought of migrating back to prepaid but they said that it cannot be done .
Later on when i found in TV that customer can migrate from postpaid to prepaid if operators are not helping than customer can complaint to TRAV then i asked same to vodafone callcenter but they are not ready to help me in this case i have to change my number which i don't want already i have given this number to many contacts which may affect my camunication.
Please look into this and help us to get it done
