I am having aero fit treadmill 006 bought it from suchdevasports. few month back my machine was suddenly breakdown. I immediately complain to the service center. he said at your place we are not having service, so u have to come along with pcb. I marked some of the parts on the PCB.
he said some part has gone and we have to replaced. I said ok. luckily he said we had replaced one component which I found my mark on the same component. by the way i paid 1200 for the same. now I am having problem with motor. I again complain physically on 22.04.10. he replied you come along with the hole equipment. I put-up at shadnager. I had tried many times convene to give for the same. I spoke higher label manager. his answer was like, you only feel guilty because you only bought equipment from us. also he said just dump your equipment for 2000. my question is, I bought it these kind of equipment because his sales person showing me rosy figure about his company and his service. am i feel guilty for the same?
if some one trying to bye any equipment from suchdeva sports, just bye it from your own risk. its a fake company.
his record is not good.

I AGREE WITH YOU. I DR S.P.TENDULKAR AM USING TRADMILL FOR PATIENTS AS WELL AS PERSONAL USE FOR LAST 10 YEARS.I HAD PURCHASED AEOFIT TRADMILL 1 YEAR 3 MTHS BACK FROM SHRIRAM HEALTH CARE, KOLHAPUR.I AM 67 KG, USE TRADMILL FOR 45 MINUTES/DAY FOR 4 DAYS A WEEK.TRADMILL RUNNING DECK GOT VERTICALLY CRACKED.DEALER IS PASSING IT ONTO SACHDEVFITNESS .I HAD SENT MAIL TO SACHDEV FITNESS BUT DIDIN'T RECEIVE REPLY. I SPOKE TO MR BHANU, BUT RECEIVED ARROGANT, CALLUS REPLY.
MY SINCERE HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY SACHDEV FITNESS PRODUCTS KINDLY NOTE IT IS ALL CHINA BASED MATERIALS WITH POOR QUALITY & NO AFTERSALE SERVICE.

I had purchased Aerofit treadmill for my domestic purpose, i had used it daily for 30min for 1 year. i never used it above 30min any day. in my home i am the only person used to work with this treadmill. Suddenly after 15months treadmill gave problem. i had observed some smell is coming from the equipment. i called the customer service center of SACHDEV. After 3 days, 2 engineers came form the service center. One engineer without checking the equipment properly, he told motor is gone, for this replacement is required. After that he took the motor and one PCB board with them, after 5 days they called me and told this motor is not useful you need to purchase new motor and they made a total bill of 7000/-. On phone the engineer told, for the new motor they will give only 6 months warranty.

My sincere advice is DON'T PURCHASE ANY AEROFIT PRODUCT, these are ALL WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS. there are no other service providers for this product. TOTAL CHEATING only.

I agree with you all i had similar experience for trademill, it is designed to work well only for one year, after one year the motor will automatically stop and they will again charge you 45% of the machine cost, which other equipment in the world has so costly spare part?

Never buy Aerofit products.

i agree with all of you even i also purchase aerofit treadmill af887 its a semi commercial model i als purchased from sachdev sports secbad when i purchase they said me you can use in ladies gym and they given me 1 year warranty with in a month its stopped when i contact to concern persons they they came and repair it but again its going on same when i contact to the owner mr prem sachdev he told sir we will heel your problem so i went again to secbad showroom i contact with mr rajan he is waste fellow he never know to how to talk when i told him i will you notice he told do what ever you want we cant help you

iam requesting to all member we will make one group and from all of them we will sent notice to sachdev sports and aerofit so he can lear a good leasson plz leave your cont number . just if write reviews like this means nothing will going to happen

Puchased in bangalore aerofit, he was sudgested to my user weight, and all my family problem workouts which one is eligible to my family he ws sudgested,... Good quality, stability, durability, and all upgrading workouts is there... Take a demo, take wch one is better to u... Thanks

If any one is cosidering buying a treadmill please dont buy a aerofit model, I bought brand new AF 741 MODEL for 44, 000 and the motor burned out with in 3 months, I sought the help of the local sales person at STAR enterprises who is the dealer in Mangalore, who had only excuses to offer, then I called the head office in AP who told me to send the copies of my purchase and promised to take care of the issue, which again turns out to be a scam, I am a doctor by profession and my advise to anyone who is thinking of buying a fitness equipment is to stay away from aerofit, so that you will not waste your hard earned money as well your mental and physical health.

An update on December 17th complaint, Soon after lodging my complaint in social media, I received three different calls from aero fit staff from different locations, all promising (of course empty as usual) to look into the matter, at the same time passing the buck to the next person, knowing very well it is only words and no action, The person who sold the equipment was one of them who told that he will fix the problem and wanted me to withdraw my complaint. At age 52 I am familiar with these tactics when customers eventually get fed up and give it up.As another customer had mentioned before one person made a visit and took the control panel and now only the frame is left with us, the mechine has now been out o[censored]se for more than a year, After giving enough of grace period I have decided to take up the matter legally and in consultation with an expert who is very familiar with customer rights and grivences,

we have purchased aaerofit treadmil from kothamas store in guntur.We had a worst experience with it.Once u start walking on it, it shows E 11.Same thing was happening everytime we start doing for a while.(about 15 minutes).The store people were generous enough to check several times and couldnt resolve the issue.However they took back the machine and replaced with an upgraded version. Aerofit had grudge on us..this is what we felt when the new upgraded more costly one too started giving problems.It is error 6 or something again.Bottom line is
DO NOT BUY AEROFIT TREADMILLS

This is a update on my December 2016 comment. After waiting patiently for more than two years to get my new Aerofit treadmill to get fixed, I gave up and decided to donate it to charity. Even without the help of treadmill I successfully managed in completing two half Marathons (21 km), last recently held in Manipal with fairly decent timings. My advise to anyone who is thinking of buying a treadmill please avoid Aerofit models ( I would personally avoid all products because of very poor after sale customer service ). I have also taken up this matter with consumer protection agencies in warning customers of this scam. Buying a Aerofit treadmill with intention of improving our physical health eventually ends up loosing our mental health / sanity. 45, 000 Rs of hard earned money lost in this scam.

Users, please do NOT buy Aerofit Treadmill. The service is bad. The motor had a problem in the first month itself and the service personnel came checked and never turned back !!! Pls do NOT use Aerofit Treadmill and I had purchased this equipment from their store next to Jayanagar Post office. The store guy is a cheat, pls do NOT buy anything from that store

i bought AEROFIT exercise bycycle on 3rd Dec it was delivered. during excitement we did not see properly now after 15 days we feel they have sent us used bycycle. there was old batter we gave new battery now i see there is no battery cover. on handle caps are differrent and on the handle bar there are scrathes. if it is new how come all these are not okay.
i have the photographs.
