I PURCHASED ONE AG BOOSTER MODEL ON 30/09/2007 AND WAS INSTALLED ON 02/10/2007. PAID RS 7940.00 FOR IT.TO MY UTTER SURPRISEAND DISAPPOINTMENT I OBSERVED THAT FROM THE DAY ONE IT IS UNABLE TO CLEAR THE DRINKING WATER (AS WAS ASSURED TO ME BY THE SALES PERSON SHRIVERMA). LIGHT PALE YELLOW COLOUR EVEN AFTER PASSING THREE STAGE PURIFICATION STAGE REMAINS THE SAME PALE YELLOW. IT WAS GREATLY DISAPPOINTING THAT EVEN AFTER 10-12 CALLS BOTH TO SH VERMA AND SH DEWANGAN (PERHAPS SENIOR PERSON TO MR VERMA), PROBLEM IS NOT RECTIFIED. ONE DAY A TECHNICIAN HAS COME AND ALSO HAS ACCEPTED THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THE CANDLE AND NEEDS A REPLACEMENT.AFTER THAT MY PHONE CALLS FOR THE SAME , IT APPEARS FELL ONLY ON THE DEAF EARS OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AND IT LEAVES ME REPENTING UPON THE DECISION TO GO FOR YOUR COMPANY AS MY CHOICE.I FEEL CHEATED BY A COMPANY LIKE YOURS ON WHICH CUSTOMERS HAVE FAITH AND TRUST.IAM WORKING WITH A LEADING NATIONALIZED BANK AND I WONDER THAT IN SUCH A COMPETITIVE WORLD HOW YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AFFORD TO ENJOY NEGATIVE PUBLICTY.
