agriculture job information — job letter & company want demand draft of Rs.1800/

Hello sir,
I have recevied job application from Maharashtra State Agriculture J.P. Nagar M.P but the company want demand draft of Rs. 2400 payable at Delhi.
Without taking interview how they can send appointment letter & why are they asking for money.
But i don't know this COMPANY, company address and phone no. i have offer in SOFTWARE ENG. by this company.
so what to do ?
so help me out from this.

I have recevied job application from Maharashtra State Agriculture incorporation pvt ltd.( AN ISO 9001;2000 & 14001;2004 CERTIFIED) J.P. Nagar M.P but the company want demand draft of Rs. 1800/ payable at Delhi.Without taking interview how they can send appointment letter & why are they asking for money.But i don't know this COMPANY, company address and phone no. i have offer in software engineer by this company.so what to do ?COMPANY DETAIL ; the company name Maharashtra State Agriculture Incorporation Pvt Ltd, they are asking for DD for another name i.e., for M.A.F.P. Enterprises while their web address is maharashtrastateagriculture.in which I check on the web site is fraud.so help me out from this.Give me a contact no of this company. I think this is a fraud company. Please take some seviour action on this people.

my relative has been received joining letter from this company. but have some doubt. first he submitted 1800 rs. but now company again demands more money. is it a fraud company?
