I had the worst experience with this company. They needed babysitting every step of the way. They were contractually obligated to complete the contract within a four month period. Only 25% of the work was accomplished. There is an owner named ALister that lives in the U.K. and france. He refused to provide the code or complete the product as contractually obligated. They took the back end programming we had paid for and started selling music and film social media software applications in 2009. They did not have a clue music and film media sites prior.

I had the worst experence also. The owners of company is Aravind Kumar and Alistair Milne from the UK and monte carlo. Agriya Infoway Pvt. Ltd did not meet the milestones and the deliver dates. They continued to be pushed back and expected to be paid. We walked them through daily work and with the aid of screenshots step by step workflow and still they could not deliever. They lied about the number of programmers working on the project . They would leave you on hold during long distance calls and one time the guy excused himself, put us on hold for 15 mins . We called back to no avail and found out later he went on holidays.
No professional integrety and to make matters worse they lied to the other partner telling him it was complete. They went on to selling the various modules software applications applicable to music and film site. We are out the back end code, money for the services we paid in full appox $ 90, 000 and hundreds of thousands of dollars of missed opportunity and upfront costs to opeations, marketing and expections to launch for scheduled sponsored conference festival that month.

Agriya scammed me out of $2900.00
This company is a total joke
They tell you they are working on your script,
but really Agriya do no work and you cant make a paypal dispute because your time is up after 30 days

Don't do business with this company, they are the biggest liars ever! Especially Mr. Umesh Anand V. He promised me already a dozens of times to send a refund however never sent it to me. Their products are crap, bad built, useless for large amount products and users. We have spent over 10K for this joke. Don't do business with this company! You will lose your money and end up with a product you can not use! And I'm not the only one! in 2012 I paid $ 2, 500 as an advance of the creation of a php script. the cost of the script was a total of $ 5, 000, all inclusive. but after paying $ 2, 500 umesh asked me to prepare a detailed documentation of the functions to be implemented and the realization of the graphics. I'm not being in the industry I had difficulty in making these documents, so I asked umesh to pause the project until I had made these documents. umesh had reassured me that there is was no problem and that he would wait, putting money aside, until I had finished these documents.
I sent messages in these two years and I received the same email.

I find this situation is not corrected, a scam. I tried to ask for a refund of the money, but he will not give me anything. was made only in html coding following my graphics. I would like to speak to a manager.

Agriya — stole money
The programming, software and web development company Agriya (agriya.com) is owned by Ahsan Technologies (ahsan.in). They own tons of sites, they clone, develop and sell numerous website programs as well.I wanted 3 websites developed complete with back ends that I could
control and alter. After searching for quite awhile, I found Aravind Kumar on
Agriya.com. I later found out that he goes by many different monikers
(including shariharan) on several websites (especially freelance sites),
agriyain2k on aim and many more.
Aravind requested that we conduct our conversations on AOL's Aim since
the time difference was so great. This way we would both know the other
one was around and could receive immediate responses. After several
days of laying out precisely what I needed and expected, Aravind sent me
an invoice which I then corrected, sent back to him and received
approval for.
The total invoice was for $6200.00 (for 3 full sites). A 50% deposit
($3100.00) was required before work was to begin. Normally, I would have
never gone for this but, at the time; Agriya was all over the internet
and upon investigation we discovered that there were many sites created
by Agriya. They had a massive web presence and at that time (2007) we
couldn't find any negative reviews.
After I sent my $3100.00 (via Paypal) Aravind continued to bait me
stating that they were working on this aspect or that aspect of the
sites. The contract called for a 40 day completion but he sucked me
into believing he was on vacation for a week so the work had slowed
since he needed to approve everything. After the 60th day, he
discontinued answering my IM's and Emails. I later realized how clever
this was since Paypal has a 40 day cutoff period for complaints.
I have been emailing and calling them for 4 years and I get NOWHERE.
They just give me the run around, they transfer my calls, leave me on
hold and eventually take messages or promise to investigate.
4 years and I am still out $3100, it was exactly half of my entire budget so I was
never able to open my business.
Whatever you do, NEVER GIVE THESE GUYS ANY MONEY! I promise, they will steal every last penny! I have copies of emails, invoices and AIM messages to prove all of this!
