Hi sir/medam,
i would like to tell you that there is one bus 40/1 which route is from Maninagar to Iskon is never come on time and there is no scehdule in that bus.I am standing over the bus-stand over Anand nagar(from 8:15am to 9:25am) and no bus is arive in 1 hour,and this is always be done,often i have to wait for 1 to 1:30 hour for waiting this bus, and we are always getting late at our offices. You understand how public trnasport is important for middleclass family,i hope you understand.

I would like to tell you that the bus no77.which route is hatkeshwar to junavadaj.particular in 77 .this bus are not stopping also today and we all r gone by auto.this is very very rediculous. because today is first day of the month. and we all r gone office late.so pls sir our request to you plz understand our problems.and needful immediately.

i would like to tell you that there is one bus 144/1 which rout is From Nirat Chokdi to Laldarvaja's bus Conductor no cc1238 contect no is ([protected]) he is not proparly working her duty because some times he is not past the pesengers tickit and pesenger un nessesory folt him kindly further action from this condoctor's he's duty is 05/04/2011 6:45am on dated and time we need your help regarding this kindly need full.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the traveller of 71/1 route bus from Lal Darwaja to Gota. In the morning time there are lots craze of public and the whole buses of morning time full of public. So I am requesting to you that please increase the frequency of these buses in the morning time.

In the evening time at 6.00 o'clock, many times the drivers doesn't follow the time. Even the bus of 6 o'clock miss to anyone then he could not reach in the in time at his place. After that there is no time fix of buses. So, kindly take personal interest in this regard and punish the driver or conductor who do negligence in their service.

I would like to tell you that there is FIVE 142 which route is from Vastral to Lal-Darwaja is never come on time and there is no schedule in that bus. Bus Driver is not Stopping the bus in Proper Stand. I am standing over the bus-stand over New Cotton from (8:15am to 9:00am) and no bus is arrive in 1 hour, and this is always be done, often i have to wait for 1 to 1:30 hour for waiting this bus, and we are always getting late at our Offices. I have Bus No 142 Pass. You understand how public transport is important for middle-class family, I hope you understand. Please take proper strictly action against the bus driver and conductor.

I would like to tell you that the bus no.130 which route is Naroda to Lambha is never come on time.Driver is not stop bus in his proper stand.I wait this bus at soni ni chali at (7:20 to8:15)am and (4:30 to 5:30)pm.Many time driver not stop at soni nichali and i am stay there for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.so i can't come in my college time.my college is start at 9:00am and many time i am reach there 9:30 or 9:45am.So my principal call in his office and told me either you will come every time to come here in college time or not attend first priod.So what you think sir if this is happening all time i can't learn in college and i am fail.Sir you want that i am fail.Before 2 days at (4:30 to 6:00)pm bus is not come come and when bus came there driver couldn't stop there but i try to caught the bus and i hurt there.Now my one finger crack in this accident.
We Want More Buses On 66/3 Rout, Because this rout is very Long & so many Pessanger travel this rout, When the bus come bus already Overload, so Please Arrage More Buses or Frequency this route,

Sub: Grievances of Passengers against A.T.S.
Bus Services:

I have to inform you that vide my letter dated 10th Jan., 2012 I have drawn attention of Manager, A.M.T.S./, Jamalpur, Ahmedabad regarding inconveniences faced by passengers towards A.M.T.S. bus services.

With great regret I have to inform you that Manager (A.M.T.S.) does not have courtesy to reply my genuine complaint letter nor he has till this date taken any appropriate action in the matter. Also I had sent copy of letter to Laldarwaja Depot through courier but they refused to take delivery of my letter informing that complaints are only entertained by Manager(A.M.T.S), Jamalpur. However, I am enclosing copy of my abovementioned letter for your ready reference and appropriate action in the matter.

Further I am also enclosing clipping from Gujarat Samachar newspaper which clearly states that buses are not stopping at Bus Stands inspite of buses being empty. In another clipping it clearly states that buses do not stop at Bus Stands and also route number of bus is not visible by the passengers, hence the passengers donot board the bus. This shows that if Chairman and Manager of A.M.T.S. are experiencing such hazards then what about the passengers?

In my above letter addressed to Manager(AMTS), I have clearly mentioned that routeNos.34/4.34/5, 400, 51, 151, 82, 83, 13/1 etc. buses are not halting at Roopali (SardarBaug) bus stand going from Laldarwaja towards Nehru Bridge.

Also I have to inform you that B.E.S.T. services in Mumbai is an example of good services. The B.E.S.T. buses stops at all Bus Stands and the conductor plays a vital role by seeing whether the passengers have boarded the bus or have alighted properly, then only the bus moves forward. Here in AMTS Bus services, the conductor has no role to play, he does not bother to see whether the passengers have boarded the bus or whether he has alighted the bus. It is moral duty of conductor to ring the bell once when a passenger is getting down at one particular bus stand and to see that all the passengers have boarded the bus from that particular bus stand and then he has to ring the bell twice so that the bus moves on. However, I do not think that such system can be implemented in AMTS bus services when the bus (though empty) do not stop at bus stands.


My letter is getting very lengthy, hence I conclude with a request that instructions should be given to all officers of AMTS who are holding high posts to look into the grievances of passengers and give smooth and good services to passengers and also if there is complaint from passengers, the complaint should be looked into and should be solved.

Looking forward that my genuine complaint will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken.

I am doing a night job in shahibaug from 6 month. I never face your bus problem but a last two days like 01/10/2012, 02/10/2012 I have face many problem. I stand on Rajasthan hospital AMTS stand in 6.10 to 6.20 in 106 number So Kindly request to take some important step. I hope you can take a immediately step and take effective step for making a batter services..

Irregular of AMTS bus no.65/1 laldarwaja to Mangal murti Bus stop is always break down due to poor bus given by AMTS, after so many efforts & complain they start again this bus route, this route have only one bus & in week there is twice time fail because of poor bus condition for break down we people had pass even when bus break down they never put any other bus instead of & cause we have many trouble due to that we all become late at office & have to spend extra expense for auto even you raise rate of ticket its very irritating & disgusting service we have pass but it no use at all..I also call toll free no. for complain but as usual no reply even Transport manager also not receive d call So please what mean of COMPLAIN.. You understand how public trnasport is important for middleclass family, i hope you understand.

I would like to tell you that the bus no77.which route is hatkeshwar to junavadaj.particular in 77 bus and serial number 36.this bus are not stopping at bust santd are indira nagar to kamdar medan.particular in office time.and sir we have concession pass still then we are going by auto last 13 days.in this serial number driver and conductor have no manners.and those behaviour are so pathetic.even last to last month this paricular driver is also kept from ticket checker staaf at that time also his done same activity his not stopped bus at kamdar medan.and main thing is that sir we all r service staff and our duty time is 10.00 and if he dont stop his bus. so at that time we r getting late for our office.i hope you understand our problems.

Here, I am Urvashi & many other passengers who travel regularly in Bus route no.65/1, Mangal Murti To Lal darwaja .In this route this is only & only one bus. There are many senior citizen, college student & pass holder working passengers travel in this bus.from 6/12/14 bus is not coming due to all festival they book our bus after so many complaint they giving all unmatch reason to day 20/01/15 we call for bus they told us that bus put for senior citizens picnic very sad & shameful reason of AMTS So many time we passenger gave written complaint to AMTS but result is "0" we even can not get any refund or allow to travell another bus this is most imberable.
From 6/12/14 bus cancelled without any information after we know that through break dawn bus was not coming, sir this is route for our 65/1 bus passengers . in every week there was two time bus failed to came we are many passholder have to spend extra money & time for reaching our job or college places . we passenger send many complaint about this matter but deaf AMTS authority can’t take any action to give well & good condition bus for our route and that’s the reason I have complaint in consumer forum for constructing action & wish that from your end we get favourable & Permanent solution for this matter.

Please we all passengers request to you take this matter in priority & put in immediate action.
We all are waiting for your favourable reply & action.

AMTS BUS RATES & INDISCIPLINE OF CONDUCTORS & DRIVERS

I don't know why Ahmedabad Municiapal Transport Services have kept the fares as Rs. 3, 7, 9, 11, & 13 etc..It is a problem of every day for not getting change from the conductors & despite they have the change, they don't give change and keep our money after quarreling. It is preferable/advisable if the rates can be Rs. 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 & 15.

The Bus Conductors & Drivers are so undisciplined, not in uniforms & rude to all kinds of passengers. Despite of complaints by various passengers so many times, not a single action has been taken on any of the AMTS conductor or driver of my route bus that is 13/1 (Ranip-Isanpur).

Such a shame...

I am using AMTS bus since 2005 & still we are still using the bus service with heavy heart & unhappily... :( with just hoping to change the situation some day.

I don't know why in (government press bus stand) not a single bus come always from opposite side of the road so many bus gone but in our direction of bus stand the bus never come on time, from 1 and half hour me and one lady waiting but still not bus yet come . What is this going on where your so called rules gone? Take it seriously send the bus as soon as possible.
