Hi,
I have booked a air deccan ticket through ezeego1.co.in website in December 07, to fly on 23-jan-08 from Pune to Delhi. I had cancelled the ticket before 24 hours of flight departure.
At that time i was issued a Voucher of Rs 2449/- which i can use in 180 days of cancellation. This period will end in July, last week.
Now i dont have any plans for travel, and i want the refund now.
But air deccan customer care told me that this amount is non-refundable because of the policy at that time.
Now how can they dont refund my money if i dont fly . The duration of 180 days they have put is objectionable.
Please guide, what can i do.

Despite writing repeatedly to them and getting confirmation also, they have not returned any money yet.
These guys are really money sucker. Please advice what should i do.

I had written to feedback about this and the reply from Lisha, that refund will be made after deducting more Rs 250/-.
But till now i have't received any refund .
