[Resolved]  Aircel — internet not working on laptop

I am rahul from bidar my complaint is about in bidar district no network coverage of AIRCEL now i left using aircel.according to me aircel is best...But no network

my name is vinay kalra from palam near dwarka, my no is [protected] currntly i am using internet connection using aircel sim with my samsung sgh e250 using bluetooth dongle on my computer and i hve successfully conted to internet but the problem is whenever i conntd it get automtcly discntd wthin 4-5 min and no cus care ex is responding to this pro plz help me

iam a retailer.but when i want to activate any sim it could not activate in last 5 days.when i call the TM, he abused me.
so, sir please help me about this behaviour.

then i enterd in sum of the free web sites and downlaoded some data i was not charge but some times[protected] rs it will cut from my balance

here is the soln. to connect net on ur mobile as well as on your pc/laptop
i got the soln. by myself, customer care executives are really useless...
1.FOR MOBILE
msg PI to 121 to get the settings of pocket internet and aircel net.
you can access net on mobile using both the settings but for pc USE AIRCEL NET..
FOR AIRCEL NET SETTINGS MANUALLY (I[censored] ID'NT GET IT)

apn:aircelweb

2.FOR PC/LAPTOP
I[censored] R USING NOKIA PC SUITE . GO TO connect to internet THEN select ur phone modem THEN
configure the connection manually THEN select apn as "aircelweb" .LEAVE other settings remaining blanked
THEN CONNECT

Dear Sir

I took Aircel connection to just surfing internet and i recharged with Rs 98 for internet use.
i requested to customer care many times then i got manual setting on my mobile then i am able to use internet on my mobile. but i also requested to customer care person that please let me know how make connection or setting on my laptop to use internet, he said you'll get call from Aircel but no body is getting me back regarding the same.
Please help what to do?

as mentioned above to use aircel net on pc use apn as "aircelweb" but for pocket internet use "aircelwap" and for mms use "aircelmms".
but for the information the net is too slow it gives 1 or 2 kbps speed on pc in bihar

I am not satisfied services of aircel.

very bad ccare service in jammu the are abusing in nights (j&k)

I have a aircel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets are 7610 (Nokia), N72 (Nokia), Sony Ericsson K310 and now i am using Nokia N72. I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

I have an aircel prepaid connection no. is [protected] .I am using aircel internet for browing net but i have a problem that when I connect to pc after 1-2 min the internet connection is disconnected showing an msg "packet data connection closed by network". and also the speed is very slow . I am very frustrated.
Please help me.I'm waiting for your response.

i m not getting voice in yahoo and in gtalk... its very tought to use aircel... i think airtel is better than aircel...

i am very sorry to say that i could not enjoy with aircel
i took aircel connection to get faster browsing in my mobile phone i am using a china mobile so i cannot get settings and i cannot save it.i have called the customer care to solve the problem sir will you please help me to activate internet in my phone manualy?

i took an 50 `rs top up coupon and when i recharged it it gave response that it has already been used although i scratched it with my own hands. serial no [protected] purchased from pawa communications phase1 ashok vihar delhi 110052 what should i do.my balance remained same as it was earlier.13.66. please tell its solution. where will your company go if these things continue probbably hell or beyond it. please look at this problem and reply as soon as possible.
