my aircel internet connection keeps on disconnectiong constantly while downloading as a result i have have to restart my download progress from the beggining the download speed is also very poor at the back of the 98rs internet coupon it says 10kbps but i get only 3kbps even at the max it takes me 5 to 4 minutes even to load a page even though iam using a s60 3rd generation mobile so i want my problem to be fixed immediately iam from nagaland north eastern part of india

My friend I know how it feels to have such disturbances, I would suggest you to refresh your GPRS settings and I am sure it will work in this case too. Good Luck

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I have been using Aircel Pocket Internet pack(Rs 98) since last 3 months. Since last 1 month or so, I have got fed up with this service bcoz of 2 much of disconnection. It is impossible to open a site (eg. Orkut) in one go bcoz the connection drops again & again. In 5 minutes atleast it gets 3 time disconnected. I launched several complaines at their customer care but I got no feed back. The service is geting worse each day.

    I would be oblige if my complaint is paid attention. Thanks.

        Aircel Chennai has the ever worst service and I suggest noone go for this service.

        On roaming all the prepaid money was deducted , even when the mobile was switched off . When complained to customer care they tried to fool me by telling that the handset was not ok. The customer support team did not understand the problem and informed that they cannot do anything about this. Unnecessary , invalid sms (ISD) was sent from my mobile when roaming even when mobile was switched off. Even after visting the Aircel office personally and complaining to nodal officers it has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. AIRCEL IF ONE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AT CHENNAI AND NO ONE GO FOR IT.

        Dear Friend I always stuff my prepaid card with sufficient balance before roaming specifically internationally and it is known fact that calls in roaming updates little late and if you have had huge usage then be sure to have your balance turning zero soon. How is it possible to message even if your cell is switched off? Still I would suggest visit circle office with complete facts and figures n be sure of complete resolution. As I have known Aircel as a brand of trust.
        i am a staff of the Durotech engineering pvt ltd, korattur, chennai 600080. using the aircel no.[protected],
        i have been facing the same kond of problem that we have 4 connections we have been paying through a single cheque but repeatedly this no only getting the ill treatment from your end. after a numerous complaints through customer care officers in vain i have been compelled to do this.
        whether the aircel customer care is working or sleeping?
        Aircel Chennai is one of the worst and Indian mobile comnay to have at times of emergency. They have disconnected my line but I have paid the bill and none of the cx care numbers they respond to . My kid is not feeling well at home but I ma unable to contact them. If i really get time I will sure I would like to screw this peoples happiness. damn . Bull company, fit for nothing.

          Their is a bad connectivity of idea.We cant use idea net setter on ground.If you have no space to place a tower than we can give just you have to place a tower .

            sir ,
            i am gaurav dubey holding a perpaid connection of aircel in delhi . on date 15/12/2009 they dectuted my balnace of rs 7 as dailer tone service . i never make any call realted to dailer tone or ever send a msg . when ii asked how it is activated they first time tell me this is fault of there they will refund my balance on date 23/12/2009 .on date 25/12/2009.they said to me u have activated that dialer tone when i asked by which mode i have activated that then they said they dont have any data , after this i tell them ok suppose i activated that they why the service is not provided to me . they said u have deactivated that service when i ask how they said we dont have any record ....... so sir plzzzz help me reagding this ....... what i do ......
            they disconnect my call when i call to customer care....

            I must tell that these are automated services and cannot be activated without the customers authorization, Call the customer care again and ask for the message code with which you can deactivate your dialer tune. Further go for the DND service activation which in future will block all such unwanted calls and messages which might possibly a reason for such activations.

              we got the cake from the name of your company. name of the person is not mention and when we contact customer care 121 they response that the have not send any parcel and there are many parcels delivered like that by blazeflash courier limited barcode no. 2004057 gandhi nagar branch delhi 31 and when we contact blaze flash about this no.22081332 mr amit he said he does not know about these parcels and about the person who is sending this but there are many parcels wraped from your company name.so please enqiered about this matter and soon inform us.you can contact us at [protected] mr. pran vasdev.
              Aircel is owned by tamilian thieves. Billions of rupess of 2g scam is included in this kacchda company.                 I am a constomer of Aircel They launched aplan of pay per sec/1 paise. which I thought a good planned but now they r deducting 2 paise per second. When I called up the customer care they replied it was a condition apply which was not told to me that time, as they told me at the time of taking the plan of per sedc/paise it will be 1 paise charge for all calls local or STD. Now it is coming to Rs 1.20/min whereas other companies r offering at Re.50( 50paise-60 paise per min).

                Since I dont want any other customer to suffer like me so I want that the company should always be clear with the conditions.As I feel cheated by AIRCEL.
                I believe it is our duty to check all the conditions before taking any plan, every company has its own term and conditions for a new tariff plan . More over if you go through the terms and conditions properly you can very well see the things are mentioned in the plan details. So it cannot be called as cheating.

                  sir, i am sunil kumar pareek. i am an Aircel customer. i registered my cell No. [protected] for "Do not disturb" service on 02/04/2010 via ref No. s[protected]. and all promotional calls should have been stopped by 17/05/2010. but to my utter disappointment, still i am getting promotional calls which are mainly from the service provider Aircel. the few numbers which are used for such calls are [protected], [protected], [protected]. the calls are for downloading songs, dialer tune, or for chatting etc are quite irritating when you are busy in other job. despite number of time complains at customer care of Aircel, this problem is still exists.

                    Aircel Prepaid — Network and service

                    Last Sunday I had gone to recharge my phone only to find out that my plan has been changed to lifetime validity and all my call rates and other charges have increased all of a sudden. Complained it took them 4 days to revert.

                    By which time from monday morning I have not been received messages and friends havent received mine. My SMS facility just doesnt seem to work. When called they asked me to check the msg centre still to no use then call them over and over again... only to explain the problem and not even one customer care personnel seemed to understand. Their standard answer to any complaint is "Give us 48 hours..."

                    Till now I havent recieved a single message, Its really annoying cos its such a strain to change a number... after using it for this long. But seems a better choice after calling them everyday for the same complaint.

                    One thing I have noticed during the whole week their customer care is more of a customer sore... You'd rather not call....
                    I totally understand your plight my friend. However what I would suggest to you is to visit the nearest Aircel store get to the nodal officer there and refer your problem to him. I am sure the issues would be resolved – personal experience Aircel has some great and helpful people at their stores.. Try it to believe it..

                      I had regestired complaint no[protected] with Aircel for all the issues below but they never came back with solution except calling for amount settlement.
                      Not provided Reebok T-Shirt as promised while giving connection (Mohit from Aircel - [protected]),
                      Not collected 1st bill payment of Rs.140+ after confirming same by Aircel team.
                      No connection in North Karnataka Mudhol & Jamakhandi because of which could not use mobile for 1 month during Aug 15th - Sep 15th,
                      Adding late payment every month as since there is delay from Aircel side of not collecting bill,
                      Requested for soft copy of Itemized bill but never got it
                      Received many call for bill payment but my complaint was never resolved.
                      I think all your issues would be answered once you visit the nearest Aircel Store, they will help you with valid reasoning and quickest possible solution.

I subscribed for DoNotCall service on 07.11.2009 and my DND reg. no. is : S[protected] .Earlier I used to get almost 6-7 Aircel & Telemarketting calls & 15-16 SMS per day. I registered almost 46 days.I am complained almost 10-12 times to the service provider with few days but also now I still get More calls & SMS From Aircel & other Telemarketing and .So plz take Is there any short and quick way to avoid this harassment.
                        I can understand friend, I am sure there must be some technical issue. You should therefore visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the guys. This will be the right step in such a case.

                          I own this aircel no [protected] and after 20 days of activation company has barred my incoming calls without any prior ultimatum....I have been calling their customer care executives for like 5-6 days with no results....most of the time either their server is down or their system is in upgradation mode....And 2-3 times when i did get a reply one told me its due to incomplete documents and other told me its due to network....i dont know whose version of story to agree to...i dont think that u get a 'this no is temporarily out of service' due to network problem....and as far as i know they are not allowed to activate a sim without proper identification at first hand.....and my documents were complete and they even did my televerification.....And the funniest thing according to me is that they haven't barred my outgoing calls.....
                          I have even tried sending an online complaint to their regional id but it also went in vain with no reply......
                          I was thinking of directly approaching CONSUMER COURT (i bet u can imagine life without 6 days of incoming) but than thought of putting the 'company's dedication towards customer' story here and than do the same.....
                          My suggestion for anyone who has use their sim for some wrong purpose.....GO WITH AIRCEL....THEY WILL ACTIVATE UR SIM EVEN I[censored]R DOCUMENTS ARE INCOMPLETE AND WILL KEEP UR OUTGOING ACTIVE....

                            bill payment — to know the bill to be paid

                            i didnt the bill payment of TATA INDICOM on hand but my phone is disconnnected saying you have no outgoing call facility.
                            i like to know the bill i should pay and the last date of the bill payment. the reason why u stopped our outgoing calls of the landline.

                            I am using two Aircell numbers [protected] and 72. I have been paying bills on time "ON TIME" thru citi bank bill pay. i paid my last bill on 29th may (1661.94 and 265 for secound number).
                            Suddenly they have disconnected our number.
                            When I contacted customer care and we were shocked to hear the reason. The reason they gave is " Bill is pending for some other number 98******** that is the reason why we have disconnect your numbers, your number will be activated only after the bill is paid to that number." And i don’t have a clue who is using that third number.

Actually my bill amout was 1200, i payed 900+200 on july 8th but still now my number is not yet activated. I spoke to customer care i dont remember their name they said yesterday night it will get activated.                                 I have transform my prepaid connection to Postpaid connection([protected]) also deposit Rs. 600/- & required documents dated 25/11/2009 but till now there is not any positive response for your end. Even the service of the prepaid number stops.
                                Instead of waiting, you can just drop by any of the company stores get your issue resolved in seconds, good luck.
                                Hi I have a post paid no[protected] which has no roaming facility since from[protected] complaint to the customer care no positive reponse Then visit the nearest cc location they have explain me how to activate roaming manually while got out of station which even a small child knew today but unfortunately i must say Aircel is not haelping customer up to the mark if there is any one who can assist why i have no roaming fcility pls connect to me.

                                Other wise i have to surrender my sim, but i know it won affect rather it will affect me.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  I recharge my aircel mobile for internet connection on 03 Dec 09 Rs 98 for a month, as there was a message that recharge with Rs98 and Rs 25 will be given as a bonus talk time, this facility is still continue but i still not get Rs 25 of bonus talk time by the company. if we will check balance by dialing *125# there will be a message that you recharge Rs 98 for one month internet service and you will get Rs 25 bonus. In this regard I complaint to customer care on 07 Dec 09 , they always told that you will get tomorrow talk time of Rs 25.
                                  Sir please look into this matter that why they keep the customer in dark. If you will go to retailer and ask for one month connection of internet they will confirm you that you will get Rs 25 of bonus talk time.

                                    These are automated services and cannot be activated without the customer’s authorization, call the customer care again and ask them to deactivate your caller tune, and also ask for a DND activation which in turn will block all promotional messages and calls which might be one cause for your activation of caller tune.
                                    Unsubsription of dialer tunes

                                    I am sure that I did not spend that much money.

                                    When I call 121 customer care, They said that it is for Music on Call(MOC). This one by mistake accepted last month and paid for that. (even when I requested I did not get it) but requested that to cancel immediately to not to renewal but it got debited for all these days.

They offered me a free caller tune service for 7 days. before completion of this period I deactivate that service through sms, as instructed by customer care( DT DACT TO 5800000).after that the dialer tune stopped & and the same tune started next day and Rs. 7 deducted. I asked customer care for this prob, they instructed me to send the sms again for 2 times. As per customer care instruction I did the job but the prob is not solved. Next 2 weeks the rental deducted from my account, I asked customer again but they denied to take any complain.

                                        Aircel's customer care service for GPRS is very very poor. None would have experienced the better event but only me. A couple of days back, I bought a new Laptop. I have activated Pocket Internet on my mobile. I wanted to configure Internet Access on my lap via Aircel Gprs. When I connected, after configuration, It displayed the Error 'PPP LINK CONTROL PROTOCOL WAS TERMINATED'. I called CC via 55333. The gentle man who picked up the call, said book a complaint at GPRS CC via 121.

                                        To my surprise, 121 was not working in our region. I called 55333 again and placed a complaint on 121 was not working at my area. (Complaint No. R[protected]. Then I left to my native, where 121 was working. I called 121, IVRS directed me to talk to Customer Care Officer after a selection of a few options. No sooner I was told to wait until CCO comes online, the call gets disconnected and only dooo, dooo, dooo sound is heard.

                                        This is not happened single time or twice, almost 70, 80 times it happened. Dear Aircel Executives, if at all you want to provide service, please do not disappoint persons like me by making going across several options and finally give a NOSE CUT. Kindly tell us the right number to represent our issues.

However I must add here that my experience with the Aircel CC has been good so far and I fail to understand why this happened with you. What I could suggest you is to visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the customer care there – I am sure your problem will be solved in no time..

                                        i activated aircel pocket internet for 3 days @ rs 14. the network range is full but gprs speed is only 4.5 to 5.5 kb per second even at mid night and even at 3.00am !!! I CALLED C CARE AND THEY TOLD THEIR SPEED AS 20 TO 3O KB/SEC!!!
                                        my mobile no is [protected] .i ask you to send a online settings for connecting a GPRS in my sony erricsion K320i mobile.but i didn't get any response. so take this as my complaint and send that online settings as soon as possible.
                                        i too feel the same way... usually i don't lik to complain anyone or any person but... they hav to work a lot on their customer care service.. it's a humbag... each time i call i hav to wait in line for atleast ten minutes.. and sometimes the doop doop sound comes and irritates...
