mera naam kewal kumar hai main distt. Kathua se hun mera aircel no. Hai [protected]. Hamare area mein 3 month se network problem chal rhi hai network bilkul b nhi aata maine cc ko complain ki 1 and half one ho gya aircel wale call karte han aur area confirm karte han uske baad koi kaam nhi hua..maine applette ko contact kiya wo complain mangte hai jo muje nahi mila tha aur main cc call karke manga to unhone mana kar diya..plz sir jaldi se hamari problem ka koi solution nikalo kyunki hamare area mein aircel ke siwa kisi b company ka network nhi hai..

I have given network complaint atleast 20times but Nothing has happened. they don't respond over the Call no reply to emails. appellate officer does not bother to pick the Call.

Dear Sir I had ported to AIRCEL on 3rd march 2013 and I am facing network problem in my work place from the time I ported to AIRCEL. There is good network for all other service providers but AIRCEL has zero coverage. I spoke to AIRCEL customer service and mailed regarding this problem but I did not get a satisfactory reply from them they say network issue is a time taking process not assuring a solution. I am using my number from past seven years and I am loosing all my contacts just because I ported to AIRCEL. I am helpless now because I cant change my network provider for another 3 months where I would loose all my contacts

Many time i complaint for network problem in my area i.e. Tri nagar delhi. But nobody take any action on my complaint.
The customer care executive said that they will check this personally.but nobody came for checking.
