Aircel Pocket Internet — i cant get browsing 7 downloading by using 98 pack from win it activated

i activated aircel 98 pocket INTERNET on 17-9-11 i taken all seting which required for access INTERNET 2 times and called on both no.121 &198 (43) but still i m not get solution on this problem company is taking 98 Rs. & not providing service is doing one type of corruption
