I REQUIRED POCKET INTERNET SETTING BUT STILL I NOT GET IT.SO PROVIDE ME SETTING OTHERWISE I AM DISCONNECT FROM NEXT MONTH.

Main apna pocket internet apne pc main use nahi kar pa raha hoon Aaj se 20 din pehle maine aap ke custumer care main call ki thi jaise he meri call aap ke custumer se cannact hoti hai lekin mujhe koi awaj nahi aati.main bahot pare shan hogaya hoon phir maine vasant kunj call karke pucha to wahan se mujhe number diya tha.magar mujhe wahan se bhi koi respons nahi mila so please read my complain &halp me.

iam facing a problem from last one week is that i had sent many sms to cust.care but still i did not get the pocket internet settings iam using nokia n70 music edition cell phone please sent me the settings its really urgent and my number is [protected]

POCKET INTERNET NOT STARTED against complaint No. R[protected]

I charge my aircel connection with Rs.98 for pocket internet for one month on 13 Aug 2009, but till date my connection not yet started. A complaint in this regard also made through my mobile No.and complaint No. is R[protected]. Request start the pocket internet through my mobile Nokia 7610 at the earliest .

IS R[protected] DATED 14 AUG 2009. PLEASE START THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST THROUGH MY NOKIA MODEL NO.7610..

my no is [protected], aircel.I m not able to get the setting of gprs in my phone model Nokia N-72, so kindly send me the gprs setting as early as possible.otherwise I will never use aircel connection.

I am very disappointed with Aircel customer service after activating my connection i called up 121 executives to activate my Aircel GPRS facility on my phone, they said me to send a sms ALL to 121 n u will get a message with GPRS settings, then save that message.
And I did the same but i didn't get any message setting which brings the internet on my mobile. Please send settings as ASAP, i[censored] can

your customer care service is so poor that any one not picking the phone and if they pick the phone they do not give us correct information yaar Customer ki help to karo nahi to customer pareshan hoga
