Yes, speed is slow. But, sometimes is awesome too. You are just complaining seeing the service you are provided to you. You are paying Rs98 that is $2 and you are given unlimited data transfer. Its really good in a developing country like India. My download speed is (average)15KBps i.e 120 kbps (using Aircel). I am satisfied with it, but, i agree that the speed is not constant-that becomes a pain sometimes.

And you , aircel is not having edge in chennai and main cities which all others like airtel, vodafone has, you fanboys of aircel [censored] with that 56 kbps of internet speed, while we take edge 256kbps, and ultimately with your unlimited connection you do nothin, while we do some limited use. losers!!
aircel intrnet speed is very high compared to aircel those who r experiencing low speed they may be unlucky bcoz of low network coverage so i[censored] dont like it u may change it i m getting downloading speed from 28kbps-37kbps no other company offers such an offer in97 rupees unlimited browsing and downloading u [censored] off next time think and tell about it
Hi friends i agree that the aircel pocket internet speed is slow but it depends on the distance between the mobile and tower if it is on some national highway road it carries a max speed of 28kbps but i[censored] r sitting in ur bedroom its speed will be not more and my net speed in my bedroom is only 3 kbps
i suggest u to use DAP to increase ur download speed, , , but for the browsing no one can help kindly change to other services..

I have a aircel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets are lg cookie kp500i, motorola em30 and now i am using Sony Ericsson K750i. I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.
