Aircel Prepaid — deactvated my outgoing calls
deactivated my outgoing callsi was bought your Aircel prepaid Sim card from your one of the dealer on two month before.that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... Suddenly i am received a message one week before doucements not received by us from aircel office .. yesterday my outgoing calls deactivated. my no is[protected].
Aircel Prepaid service — gprs problem
dear sir,i purchase the aircel prepaid card([protected]) for gprs so that i will connect to my laptop but most time connection get error or most of times web page not getting load.i spoke many times to aircel vashelpline but speed is low pls tell me what to do.
I can understand you situation but these are regulatory procedures and have to be followed by the service provider, why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss with them. Don’t forget to carry a copy each of the documents that you have submitted previously.
Have you spoken to the customer care about this, if not please call them and they will definitely help you with a solution.

Its strange that you are not able to reach the Customer care, why don’t you try and visit any Aircel store and report your problem
