[Resolved]  Aircel — deactivation of No. without information

I have purchase a number [protected] from Ms. Megana at G. T. office but after two three days my outgoing got bared then I have call to customer care they told me that your outgoing got bard bcoz of CAF not filled correctly then I went to Udaipur office there I met to Mr. Sunil ([protected]). I told about my problem then he told me i[censored] re-submits your document and i[censored] want to re-verification then u have to pay 10,000 Rs as No. cost bat when I purchase this No. it was coming free of cost. I have confirmed this thing from Ms. Megna and Megana had confirmed that from his Sr. officer.

Today one of my friends went G.T. office then I talk with Ms. Megan thru him. Then she told I will active your no. within 4 hr. and u doesn’t have pay anything and any document. He provides me office no. [protected]. But I am calling this no. form afternoon but anybody is not picking up my call. So kindly tell me correct resolution of this problem.
